Dear Owner Soon Lee Jaya Motor Pokok Sena I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment on 26/12/24 Unfortunately, I found the staff to be unwelcoming and not as friendly as I had expected. From the moment I arrived, I felt ignored due to your staff was busy with their phone. Ask anything also unanswered.This left me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. I believe that a warm and friendly environment is essential for excellent service, and sadly, this was not my experience. I value your business and have had positive experiences in the past that i was buying motorcycle here which makes this situation even more disappointing. I kindly request that you address this issue with your team to ensure that other customers do not face a similar experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope to see improvements in the future.
