Sophie Price is the Senior Museum Development Officer for Central Queensland at Queensland Museum and an Adjunct Research Associate with James Cook University. Sophie works with communities to manage their collections, museums, and heritage sites, and explore the context behind regional and rural collections. Sophie priorities capacity building with the communities she works with, particularly in First Nations engagement and recontextualising colonial collections and legacies in museums.
