The Vault is Toronto's new creation lab for new plays. It is a space with the sole aim to support theatre makers on their creation path, with processes specifically tailored to their needs. It is a place to experiment, be brave and push boundaries. At The Vault artists are encouraged to stay in the learning and exploration frame of mind, and stay away from presentation and results. At The Vault the audience is invited into the creation space and is in on the experiment! Beyond play development, The Vault aims to be a community hub that will host educational events, training, music events, rehearsal rentals and more.
