UniSFA Library Suggestions Form
If you've ever wanted to borrow something from the UniSFA Library but we did not have it OR if you have a recommendation for something you'd think would improve our library then fill in this form! You can see what we currently have in our library by using Collectorz: Link to Collectorz Please note that any additions to the UniSFA Library are up to the discretion of the current UniSFA Librarian so filling in this form does not mean the item will always be purchased.
UniSFA Screening Application Form
UniSFA Screening Application Form
If you would like to organize a screening, you can fill out this form. Note that screenings do not have to movies or TV shows, and that you can present whatever type of media you are interested in. Please keep in mind that not all time slots will be available, and as such committee will need to be able to discuss appropriate timings. We ask that you give us a minimum of 2 weeks notice so that we can make sure everything is advertised and arranged properly. It is expected that you will host your screening, which entails you being present for the duration, handling the technology and providing the media if we don't already have access to it. If you haven't already, we'll arrange to make sure there is a Guardian or committee member present to hold the room open.
Trope Talk Application Form
Trope Talk Application Form
If you would like to run a Trope Talk, you can fill out this form and alert a committee member. What is a Trope Talk? Trope Talks are discussion groups focusing on a given topic instead of a specific piece of media - essentially a media-agnostic book club. How do I run one? If you are running a Trope Talk, you're the person who sets the boundaries of the discussion, and moderates as necessary. You can achieve this however you like - the easiest way to do this is to have some slides or pre-prepared stimulus questions that you can use to guide the flow of discussion, or as a kickstarter when things stall. What kinds of topics are appropriate? Almost anything that's relatable to science fiction and fantasy! This might include narrative elements (e.g. points of view, character archetypes, etc), world-building, or representations of a given topic or group. If you're unsure whether your topic would work, feel free to ask a member of Committee, but Trope Talks are generally very flexible.

If you have feedback (good or bad) for the club or committee please fill in this form. When giving feedback, please try to be clear and specific about what your feedback is, especially if you are remaining anonymous - we have a hard time acting on feedback that we can't understand and can't follow up on.
