Da Grafing, nel cuore della Baviera, a pochi chilometri da Monaco, Wildbräu è il birrificio privato più antico del mondo, fondato nel 1060. Da quasi mille anni, produciamo birra secondo la Legge di Purezza del 1516, utilizzando solo acqua, malto, luppolo e lievito.

Il nostro orso non è solo un logo: è il simbolo di una storia che risale al 1322. Durante la battaglia di Mühldorf, i soldati di Grafing combatterono al fianco di Ludovico IV di Baviera contro Federico d’Asburgo. Il loro coraggio fu così leggendario che l’imperatore li paragonò a “orsi selvaggi”.

Da quel giorno, l’orso è diventato emblema della città e del nostro birrificio. Ancora oggi rappresenta la nostra forza, le nostre radici e la passione con cui produciamo birra da più di mille anni.🍻 Ogni sorso racconta una storia secolare di maestria e dedizione.
