A contract and registration form for all tutees of Wild Tutoring. I’m really looking forward to welcoming your child to Wild Tutoring. Please complete this form so I have the information needed to confirm their place and ensure sessions are safe, supportive and well-prepared. Places are confirmed once the form and deposit of £30 have been received. Dates for Summer Term 1 block are 23rd April - 21st May, on Thursdays at Rock Park, Barnstaple. Dates for the Summer Term 2 block are between 11th June - 9th July, on Thursday mornings and are also at Rock Park, Barnstaple. For the 1:1 sessions, location is to be decided upon between tutor and family.

Book onto Wild Little Learners (ages 2-5)
Wild Little Learners is a small, nurturing outdoor group for children aged 2–5, where parents stay and children explore early literacy and maths through play, storytelling and nature. Sessions are parent/carer stay and designed to be calm, engaging and developmentally appropriate. Dates: 11th June - 9th July Time: 9.30-10.15am Location: Rock Park Cost: £10 per session (PAYG), or block book the 5 sessions for £40. Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.

Book onto Wild Creative Club (ages 8-12)
Please complete this form to book your child’s space at Wild Creative Club. Wild Creative Club is a relaxed outdoor session for ages 8–12, focused on building confidence, friendships and creativity through games, art and nature-based activities. Sessions are designed to be drop off, but parents/carers are welcome to stay if this would be preferrable for your child. Dates: Alternating Thursdays - 23rd April, 7th May, 21st May Time: 11.15-12.15pm Location: Rock Park Cost: LAUNCH OFFER – £6 first session Block booking – £8 per session (the 3 sessions) Pay as you go – £10 per session Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
