3:44p - Self-Improvement Question
I've been working on self-improvement for a while now (therapy, meds, Alanon) and have recently started writing things down for the first time. I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but since it can be applied to dealing with my ex-wife, perhaps it is.
Basically, I've made a chart of negative behaviors I have been guilty of, and what I can do instead. Please let me know any suggestions you have -- I'm knee-deep in this, and while it's a personal journey, I'd welcome some feedback from others who may understand where I've been.
