Motherboard cables managed eradicated
Every MG-1 receives obsessive cable management from our enthusiast technicians, and with optional MG-RC (reverse connection) motherboards, you can remove interior motherboard cable clutter entirely.
Select an MSI Project Zero (PZ) motheboard when configuring your MG-1 to take advantage of MG-RC.
Looking to upgrade in the future? MG-RC motherboards and the MG-1 are fully compatible with standardized components, including graphics cards.

Large air intake
The large air intake below and surrounding the front panel allows for directed airflow into the chassis, especially towards the GPU, resulting in higher performance and quieter operation.
Support for legacy storage
Add additional HDD storage to your MG-1 in the configurator or upgrade your system later on. Every MG-1 comes with the additional power supply and SATA cables for 2 full-size HDDs.
Cable management
We meticulously wire every system, turning cable management (that most will never see) into an artform. Every cable flows through optimized routes, ensuring every connection is secure and free of strain. No wires crossed here.
Compatible with MG-RC
The all-new MG-1 is compatible with both standard and MG-RC reverse connection motherboards. Choose MG-RC for a cleaner look and easier upgradability, or go with a standard motherboard and add braided extensions to make your cables standout.
Swappable front panel
Change up the look of your MG-1 in an instant with the magentic, swappable front panel. Pogo pins carry RGB light from inside the case to illuminate the MAINGEAR logo and the edge of the panel. Chose from our panel artwork collections or design your own!
RGB fans
Interior lighting in the all-new MG-1 is brighter, softer, and more vibrant thanks to standard and reverse blade RGB fans that face inward and come with every MG-1 by default.
Graphics card bracket
Every MG-1 features a discrete custom fitted GPU bracket that prevents sag and secures the graphics card during shipping. When it's time to upgrade, the bracket removes easily with a standard crosshead screwdriver.
Diffused RGB lightbar
The interior lightbar casts diffused RGB light onto components inside the MG-1. No exposed diodes. No cheap flash. Just soft, bright light in your color of choice.
Exhaust mounted radiator
The CPU liquid cooler radiator is affixed to the top of the MG-1 for optimal airflow, thermals, and pump longevity. Heat is extracted from the CPU and exhausted directly out of the chassis, resulting in an overall cooler and quieter system.
