SELF LOVE IS THE KEY TO HAPPINESS
Hi! How are you feeling today. How’s your Valentine’s day? Mine was just okay. It’s madaling araw na but I had decided to write something on my blog that is I think worthwhile naman hahaha charot.
We all know that accepting our true self is not easy. It takes time. It can’t be rushed. So here are some of the simplest way of how to appreciate your well being. *Disclaimer I’m not a professional nor an expert all was written in this article is based on my knowledge ahhaha alam mo na mahirap na 😂
1. Accept your imperfections. There are times in my life I’m being rude to myself, questioning my well being. kasi hindi ako ganyan hindi ako ganito like duh hanggang ngyon I’m still in the process of it. But what made me realize is it is no good if you are being so harsh sa sarili mo. Accepting your imperfections takes a lot of time. It takes years to build confidence. Hindi siya overnight. Pero always remember we are all a work in progress. Kaya karuktong nito ung number 2
2. Focus on the good side. For example I myself can’t play an instrument huhu can’t talaga sorry. But one of my strength is I know how to draw. Ok not a pro pero I can do sketching. Focus on the good and alamin mo kung paano at ano ang pwedeng good side nito. Like enrol in an online class kasi nga we are still in a pandemic hehe
3. Social media breaks. It is okay to sometimes be disconnected sa online world. Ang dami ng stressful na nangyari and some toxic postings. I myself not a fan of Facebook I honestly open it kapag sa messenger nalang minsan. Even twitter. I rarely use it, minsan to check lang what is trending. It will help you be stress free. Unplug from technology. Prioritize time for self-care for something like reading a book or planting.
4. Live your life. Be who you truly are. Be honest sa sarili mo at sa ibang tao. Don’t pretend to be somebody you aren’t just to live up to somebody else’s standards. Be real. Free yourself from the opinions of others tapos alamin mo yung constructive criticism vs sa mema lang haha don’t be trying hard kasi sarili mo lang yung mahihirapan.
5. Be grateful as always. To God❤️ ang laki ng difference sa life sa totoo lang. Practicing to be grateful always can make a big difference sa life mo. Ang sunod kasi ng gratefulness ay appreciation.
