17 MARKET WEST Marketing Case Study

17 Market West Apartments offers a prime location on Market Street, featuring curated finishes such as floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz countertops, custom closets, and Smart Home technology.

Project Goal

17 Market West is the first major commercial building in Center City Philadelphia that was transformed from office to mixed-use, multi-family. ​APG Living, the developer, wanted to create a space that elevated the surrounding neighborhood as up-and-coming, or “the next Market East.”

Project Solution

Neff worked closely with APG and the 17 Market West team to develop the building’s name, logo identity system, and messaging, as well as PR and social media. The social media was supplemented with photography, videography, and drone FPV piloting that shows off 17 Market West’s incredible rooms and amenity spaces.
