九九に「が」という言葉がつかないときの2桁×1桁のやり方 -How to Multiply 2-Digit by 1-Digit When the Times Table Result Is Two Digits-

例題で「67×2」の問題をやってみましょう。

Let’s try an example problem: 67 × 2.

3桁目を指おさえしてください。

Please hold down the third digit with your finger.

そろばん10.9級では、右から左にかけると覚えておきましょう。

（九九を覚えたての段階では、右から左にかける方が↓だと2の段しか考えなくて楽だからです。左から右にかけても解けちゃいます。）

For Abacus Levels 10 & 9, remember to multiply from right to left.
(This is easier when you’ve just learned the times tables because you only need to focus on the 2’s row. You can also multiply from left to right, but right to left is recommended.)
