広島といえば、宮島の鳥居や紅葉、カープなど真っ赤に染まった情景を思い浮かべます。そんな広島を象徴する赤色にインスパイアされ、広島のワイナリーで使用された赤ワイン樽で後熟させました。赤ワイン由来のストロベリーのニュアンス、微かなピート香、キャンディーやはちみつの柔らかな甘みが特徴です。軽やかな口当たりで、甘みと酸味の余韻をお楽しみいただけます。（戸河内サイトより）

When you think of Hiroshima, you think of scenes dyed red, such as the torii gates of Miyajima, autumn leaves, and the Carp baseball team. Inspired by the red color that symbolizes Hiroshima, this whisky was aged in red wine barrels used at a Hiroshima winery. It has strawberry nuances from the red wine, a subtle peaty aroma, and a soft sweetness of candy and honey. It has a light mouthfeel, and you can enjoy the lingering sweetness and acidity. (From the Togochi website) What's more, the label design is inspired by my favorite Itsukushima Shrine, which I really like. I recommend it to people who like Itsukushima Shrine and Togochi Whiskey.
