イチローニ　はい、ネーミングからピンと来られた人も少なくないと思います。
クラシカルスタンダードカクテルのネグローニから考案されてます
ベースは世界的に有名なイチローベンチャーウィスキーのホワイトラベルです　吉川さんにアドバイス頂いて、少しオリジナリティを加えました
ビターリキュールが効いたカクテルでもありますので、古典的ではありながらもこれぞというビター　ペイショーズを数ダッシュ加えました
ガーニッシュに加えたオレンジとビターの甘くてほろ苦い香りに包まれたカクテルになってます
こうした楽しみもカクテルの醍醐味と思います

The original cocktail Ichironi was created by Ms. Yoshikawa, who is the ambassador for the world-famous Ichiro Venture Whisky. Yes, I'm sure many of you have already guessed the name. It was created from the classic standard cocktail Negroni. The base is the world-famous Ichiro Venture Whisky White Label. With advice from Ms. Yoshikawa, we added a little originality to it. It's a cocktail that uses bitter liqueur, so we added a few dashes of Peychaud's, a bitter that is classic yet truly unique. The orange garnish and bitters create a cocktail enveloped in the sweet and slightly bitter aroma. I think this kind of enjoyment is one of the joys of cocktails.
