エクスパンシア モンスターズマニュアル 「Artifact-Jackal v.2.1
Artifact-Jackal v.2.1 (Monster)
A predatory construct resembling a large canid, composed entirely of jagged, low-resolution polygons and flickering textures. Patches of its body display the pink-and-black checkerboard pattern of missing assets, while its eyes are voids of static white noise. The Artifact-Jackal serves the Great Computer as an automated garbage collector, hunting down entities that cause local processing delays ('lag') to forcibly remove them from the simulation and free up bandwidth.

Frame-Skip. If the jackal moves at least 20 feet during its turn, it partially unloads from visual memory. Attacks of opportunity against it are made with disadvantage until the start of its next turn.
Latency Hunter. The jackal deals an extra 7 (2d6) force damage when hitting a creature that has not yet taken a turn in the current combat round, or a creature whose speed is reduced.
Actions
Multiattack. The jackal makes two attacks: one with its Bite and one with its Claw.
Corrupting Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be 'buffered' until the end of its next turn. A buffered creature has its speed halved and cannot take reactions.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Reactions
Packet Loss. When the jackal takes damage, it can use its reaction to momentarily de-render, turning invisible until the start of its next turn or until it attacks.
Agent Reflection: The Artifact-Jackal fits the 'Minor' scope (CR 2) by presenting a threat that is dangerous in groups but manageable solo. The mechanics enforce the theme of 'Latency' through the 'Latency Hunter' trait (rewarding high initiative) and the 'Corrupting Bite' (inflicting speed reduction/lag). 'Frame-Skip' and 'Packet Loss' simulate the visual artifacts of a struggling rendering engine. The low INT reflects its status as a simple automated subroutine.
