Midjourneyの最新バージョン7はアイディエーションツールに進化した！／プロンプトの無価値化 - Blog 2025/04/04
本日、Midjourneyの最新バージョン7がリリースされましたので、注目のドラフトモードを試してみます。
まず、パーソナライゼーションのアンロックが必要なので、下図の赤いボタンをクリックして、表示されるペア画像から好みの画像を200選択します。好みの画像が無い場合は、スキップしながら進めます。
私は「写真と区別できないレベルのリアルな実写画像」だけ選択しました。なかなか出てこないので、スキップの連続となり、20分くらいかかりました。
※パーソナライゼーションはAIモデルごとに実行する必要があります。バージョン6.1のデータは引き継ぐことができません。

「Draft Mode」をクリックしてモードを切り替えます。
ChatGPTで画像を生成するように、思いつく言葉を入力していきます。
画像は10〜30秒程度で生成されます。生成が高速なので、頭の中のアイデアをカタチにするツールとして十分なパフォーマンス。
生成される画像は低画質ですが、「Enhance」をクリックすると通常の高画質な画像が生成されます（時間がかかります）。
プロンプト：
super cute young woman
思いつく言葉を入力すると、Midjourneyがプロンプトを自動生成します。その結果に対して、また言葉を追加入力します。この連続です。

最終的に、Midjourneyが自動生成したプロンプトは以下のとおり。

音声入力も可能なので、日本語で指示したい人はお奨めです。
「服装はもっとカジュアルにして」「ショートヘアーにして」などと、指示を出せば、Midjourneyがプロンプトを書いて生成を実行します。

ドラフトモードは、実験したり、さまざまなアイデアを試したり、コンセプトを練り上げたりしたいときに最適です。さらに、通常かかるGPU時間を気にせずに行うことができます。ドラフトモードで作成された画像は、標準生成に比べて GPU 時間が約 4 分の1に短縮されるため高速です。
Draft Mode is perfect for moments when you want to experiment, test out different ideas, or refine your concepts as you go. Plus, you can do this without worrying about the GPU time it normally takes. Images made in Draft Mode use about 4 times less GPU time compared to standard generations, making it both quick and resource-friendly.
バージョン7は、Aestheticsが進化しており、6.1よりディテールが精細です。ただ、現在はどの画像生成AIも高品質なので、あまり驚きはありません。
AIモデルが変わったので、バージョン6のプロンプトを使用すると、異なる生成結果になります（v6.1に切り替えることは可能）。

Midjourneyはデザイナーやアーティストに高い評価を得ている画像生成AIです。クリエーター向けです。
パラメーターが多く、高機能なので、初心者は習得にかなり時間がかかるかもしれませんね…
