Shepherds pie with sweet potato
I cooked shepherds pie with sweet potatoes for dinner tonight. Whenever I feel like it and have time, I try to cook something different from usual meals on weekdays.
My husband is an American but I don't always cook western dishes. It depends on me since I'm the one who cook for us.
Well, my mother has sent me some vegetables the other day and sweet potatoes are left and I needed to use them. So I looked up some recipes that I could try and found a good one.
