死刑を復活させたイスラエルの新しい法律は、
ほぼパレスチナ人のみを対象としており、
極めて差別的であり、
撤廃されなければなりません。
この法律は、生存権に関するものを含め、
イスラエルの国際法上の義務と
明白に矛盾しています。
