【PR】広報の「こうしたい」を、一本の流れにするPolloAI

広告っぽい動画を作ろうとすると、だいたい複数のツールを行き来することになります。画像生成はここ、動画はあっち、編集はまた別、みたいな。そのたびに素材を移して、設定を見直して、という感じです。

今回は、その流れを一箇所で終わらせる方法を試してみました。

🎯 今回作るもの：スマートウォッチの"わっと来る"縦広告

作るのは、スマートウォッチの縦型広告動画です。

SNSで止まってもらえる種類の映像、というんでしょうか。最初は静かに構えていて、途中で一気に動いて、最後はまた落ち着いて終わる。そういう緩急のある流れを、数秒に詰め込みます。

派手さは要るけれど、散らかった印象にはしたくない。そのあたりのバランスを、どう組み立てるかが今回の焦点です。

🔗 なぜPolloAIか：生成と編集が分断しない（ワンストップ）

理由は単純で、画像も動画も編集も、同じ場所で済むからです。

素材を書き出して、別のツールに読み込んで、という手順がないだけで、かなり気持ちが楽になります。設定を引き継げる場面も多いので、同じ指示を何度も入力し直す手間も減ります。

作業の切れ目が少ないと、全体の流れが途切れにくくなる。そんな感覚がありました。

📐 先に設計する：開始フレーム（溜め）／終了フレーム（決め）を固定

動画を作る前に、最初と最後の絵を先に決めてしまいます。

開始フレームは「溜め」の役割。まだ何も起きていない静けさを見せる場面です。終了フレームは「決め」で、すべてが収束した後の余韻を残します。

この2枚を固定しておくと、途中がどれだけ動いても、全体の印象がぶれにくくなります。爆発と収束の幅が決まるので、派手さの加減もつけやすくなる気がします。

🖼️ ステップ1：FLUX.2 Maxで開始/終了の決め絵を作る（同一性を担保）

使うのはFLUX.2 Maxです。このモデルは、同じ被写体を複数のアングルや状態で描き分けるのが得意なので、開始と終了で「同じウォッチ」を保ちやすくなります。

プロンプトには、ウォッチの形状や質感、照明の方向、背景の雰囲気を細かく指定しました。開始フレームでは「横に置かれた、まだ何も始まっていない状態」、終了フレームでは「スタンドに立てられた、整った状態」を描いてもらいます。

2枚の絵が揃った時点で、動画全体の雰囲気がほぼ決まります。

開始の画像生成プロンプト

Lighting escalates slightly: tighter rim + precise cool halo hugging the case edges, controlled bloom, crisp reflections. Fine metallic dust + light specks fully converged and settled as a subtle aura (calm after impact). 
Environment remains anonymous: soft urban-night bokeh/gradients only. 85mm lens feel, shallow DOF, razor focus on display and leading edges. No logo, no text overlay, no hands, no extra objects.

🎬 ステップ2：Veo3.1で"爆発→精密収束"を作る（1st/last固定）

次に、開始フレームと終了フレームを指定して、Veo3.1で動画を生成します。

このモデルには、最初と最後のフレームを固定する機能があります。つまり、途中の動きだけを生成してもらう形です。開始フレームから終了フレームへ、どういう流れで移行するかをプロンプトで指示します。

今回は「ウォッチが浮き上がり、周囲に光の粒子が広がり、再び収束して所定の位置に収まる」という動きを指定しました。爆発と収束の両方を一本の動画に入れる感じです。

生成された動画は、すでにかなり完成度が高い状態になっています。

Avoid jitter, flicker, warping/melting, wobble, rolling away, excessive motion blur, overexposed highlights, noisy/grainy output, messy background, readable signage.

✨ ステップ3：AI Video Editorで派手さを上乗せ（VFX追加）

最後に、AI Video Editorで仕上げます。

ここでは、粒子の密度を増やしたり、光のフレアを追加したり、色調を調整したりします。Veo3.1で作った動画を読み込んで、プロンプトで「光の強度を上げる」「粒子の動きを速くする」といった指示を出すだけです。

編集後の動画は、広告として使える水準にまで整います。素材の移動も書き出しもなく、そのまま完成です。

Make it MORE flashy (do not simplify). Keep the SAME watch, SAME strap, SAME digital UI, always big and readable.

Add/boost VFX:
1) One strong shockwave ring (sharp edge + visible air distortion + glass reflection ripple).
2) Multi-layer particles: micro-sparks + metallic dust + clean light streaks (higher density at impact).
3) Immediate reverse-gather: all effects flow back and SNAP precisely onto the case edges and display perimeter (organized, not random noise).
4) Stronger crisp rim light + controlled bloom, higher contrast (no blown highlights).

No text/logo/UI, no hands/people/extra props, no readable signage. Avoid jitter, flicker, warping, melting.

🔄 横展開：同じ型で「香水 / イヤホン / エナジードリンク」も回せる

この流れは、スマートウォッチ以外にも使えます。

香水
ボトルが浮き上がり、香りの粒子が広がって収束する。

イヤホン
ケースが開いて、音波の波紋が広がって静まる。

エナジードリンク
缶が回転して、飛沫が爆発して元に戻る。

開始/終了を先に決めて、途中を生成して、編集で仕上げる。この3ステップは、どの商材でも同じです。

🌙 まとめ：モデル紹介ではなく"目的達成の流れ"が一箇所で完結する

今回の記事は、モデルの機能を並べたわけではありません。

「溜め→爆発→収束→決め」という流れを、どう一本の動画に落とし込むか。その工程を、切れ目なく進められる場所があった、という話です。

ツールの切り替えが減ると、作業のリズムが途切れにくくなります。全体の印象がぶれにくくなる感覚も、たぶんそこから来ています。

派手さと整理を両立させたい場面で、この流れは使えそうです。
