▮⚠️Important Notes and Precautions

We've compiled a list of essential points you absolutely must know before participating. Some of these points, if incorrect, may prevent you from entering the venue. Please read this section to the end.

〇Identity Verification & Ticket Distribution

Identity verification for this event requires a facial photo, as per previous years. Registration must be completed at least 3days prior to each event. Please be aware that you will be denied entry if your photo is not registered by this deadline.

Follow the link below for registration instructions. If you have not yet registered, please do so immediately as the deadline is fast approaching.

How to register a profile picture

If facial verification is unavailable, traditional forms of ID will be accepted. Please bring your physical ID as a backup.

Note that network congestion at the venue may cause poor mobile reception. If you have two tickets, please distribute them by the day before to ensure smooth entry.

Distribution method

〇re-entry

Re-entry is permitted for this year's NijiFes. As in previous years, wristbands will be used for re-entry verification. Please do not remove your wristband under any circumstances!!

That being said, the wristbands are very durable, so there is little risk of them coming off accidentally. However, since they can be difficult to remove by hand, you may want to bring a pair of scissors if you're concerned. Please note that scissors with blades longer than 55mm are prohibited.

〇About Clothes

While the dress code for NijiFes is generally casual, please note that cosplay is prohibited. However, there is something even more important to keep in mind:

Wear comfortable walking shoes. You’ll see this warning everywhere, but it’s for a good reason. I also highly recommend bringing bandages (like blister pads) just in case! For context, at last year's NijiFes, I walked about 30,000 steps—nearly 18km!

If you're traveling from overseas, you'll likely end up walking even more!

〇Numbered ticket distribution

The following merchandise sales and attractions require a numbered ticket for entry!!
Please make sure to set up your LINE app by following the instructions on the official website.

会場物販

にじさんじぬいストア出張版 in にじフェス2026
NIJISANJI Nui Store: Pop-up Edition in NijiFes 2026

にじさんじグリーティングストリート

にじDANCE☆踊ってみてブース
NIJI DANCE☆ "Try Dancing" Booth

ワールド・オブ・にじさんじ
World of NIJISANJI

Note: LINE is the most popular messaging app in Japan, similar to WhatsApp or Messenger. It is widely used here for official event registrations and digital ticketing.

〇Suspicious person information

Unfortunately, large event venues can attract criminals who pose as fans to commit fraud or lure people to religious facilities.

Recently, these scams have become increasingly sophisticated. Even if someone is wearing Nijisanji merchandise or talks about your favorite "Oshi," please be careful. If a stranger you’ve just met invites you to a meal outside the venue or asks for your personal information, they are almost certainly a scammer.

While international tourists may not be targeted as often…..

Keep an eye out for these "shady" individuals roaming the area as well! You never know who you might run into at NijiFes.

〇About visitors

Waiting overnight for NijiFes is strictly prohibited! Since NijiFes 2025, entry procedures have been significantly improved, dramatically reducing waiting times. (For context, I arrived 45 minutes after the first train and was able to enter just 20 minutes after the venue opened.)

Furthermore, many events at Makuhari Messe in recent years have moved early arrivals (those arriving before the first train) to the back of the line. There is absolutely no benefit to arriving hours before the first train.

Arriving unnecessarily early is a nuisance to local residents and doesn't benefit anyone—including you. Please refrain from doing so, as stated on the official website.

〇others

Please be sure to bring a portable power bank. Your phone battery will drain in no time while you're waiting in line, watching the live streams, or chatting with your followers.

Also, please keep your puppets and plushies safely inside your bag. In Japan's notoriously crowded trains, strings can easily snap, and your precious items could be lost in a flash.

One last thing! This year’s venue layout is more compact than last year. Large luggage will likely make it difficult to move around, so we highly recommend attending with as little baggage as possible!

▮What to Bring

Here is a checklist of items to bring. This includes both must-have essentials and useful items for a more comfortable experience.

〇List

● →Essential   △ →Optional / If needed

〇What to Bring (Special Notes)

I’ve added some extra information about the most essential items you’ll need to bring!

▮Identity Verification Documents (Required)

Facial recognition will be used for entry at this year's NijiFes. As a backup, photo IDs will also be accepted. Please ensure you have yours with you.
*Click here to review the detailed regulations.

Portable Power Bank (Required)

Checking your smartphone while waiting in line will drain your battery surprisingly fast. If you can't display your ticket, you'll be in serious trouble! I highly recommend a portable charger with at least 10,000mAh. Also, if you're attending for two or more days, don't forget to bring both your smartphone cable and a charging cable for the power bank itself.

Please note: In recent years, battery fires have become a major concern, and charging portable devices on airplanes is prohibited in Japan. Please keep this in mind for your flight.

Batteries for Penlights

If you're attending a hall event, make sure to bring spare batteries for your penlight. While those who purchased theirs at the venue shouldn't have to worry about the battery dying, it's a good idea to check that it’s working before you join the waiting line. If you do run out of power, you can likely find replacements at the convenience store near the central entrance inside the venue. By the way, these penlights require three AAA batteries.

Confetti Ribbon Case

Confetti ribbons is a great way to bring home the excitement and memories of the venue. You definitely don’t want them to get all wrinkled, right? Well, special storage cases are now available at various 100-yen stores!

A "100-yen store" is a shop where you can buy most items for just a single coin. We recommend searching for "100円ショップ" on Google Maps to find the nearest location. You can just copy and paste the Japanese text!

Quick Bites & Snacks

While there are food stalls inside and around the venue (at least there were last year), they can get very crowded or be surprisingly far away.

Having some light snacks that you can eat quickly is a lifesaver, especially while waiting in line! (Please avoid eating in restricted areas and remember that eating while walking is prohibited.)

Folding Chairs

To be honest, these are a lifesaver while waiting in line early in the morning. If you have extra space in your bag, you might want to bring one. (However, please refrain from using them inside the venue, in crowded areas, or while the line is moving, as it can be a nuisance to others.)

Bandages

These are for preventing blisters. They’re very compact and don't take up any space, so it's definitely worth keeping a few in your bag just in case!

▮Access

Now, let’s get to the main topic:
how to get to the venue! I’ve put together the main routes assuming you’re arriving by plane (via Haneda or Narita) or by train (via Tokyo Station).

I’ve also included a quick guide on how to get from the station to the venue. However, there will likely be staff or signs to guide you on the day, so please prioritize following those instructions!

〇How to buy tickets

When you first arrive in Japan, buying a ticket can be pretty confusing, right? But don't worry—it’s actually quite simple! Let me give you a quick walkthrough.

I'm at Akihabara Station right now. Let’s head to Kaihin-Makuhari
(海浜幕張) Station.

First, go to the ticket machine and look up. You’ll see a large route map—just find your destination station there. Once you find it, check the number written next to or under the station name. That’s your fare!

For this trip, it’s 620 yen!!

Once you know the fare, all that's left is to buy the ticket!

First, let's switch the ticket machine screen to English. Then, select "620 yen" (the amount we just checked) and follow the on-screen instructions until your ticket pops out.

Now, just insert your ticket into the gate to enter. The machine will spit the ticket back out—make sure to grab it! You’ll need it again to leave the station at your destination. (Note: When you exit at the final station, the machine will keep your ticket.)

〇From Haneda Airport (By Train)

map link

Travel Time: Approx. 2 hours
Cost: Approx. 1,300 yen

Haneda Airport (any station) → Shinagawa Station → Tokyo Station → Kaihin-Makuhari Station → Makuhari Messe (On foot)

Once you arrive at Haneda Airport, your first step is to head to the Keikyu Line platforms. From the arrival lobby, take the central escalator down to reach the station.

Here comes the first challenge! At Haneda Airport Terminal 1 & 2 Station, trains depart for both the Yokohama and Tokyo directions from the same platforms, and the departure gates can feel random.

Please make sure to board a train bound for the destinations listed below. You can check the destination on the displays located on the platform screen doors.

Destinations List (Bound for)

Destinations List (Bound for):Shinagawa
(品川)
Sengakuji (泉岳寺)
Oshiage (押上)
Aoto (青砥)
Takasago (高砂)
Inzai-Makinohara (印西牧の原)
Imba Nihon-idai (印旛日本医大)
Narita Airport (成田空港)
Sakura (佐倉)
Sogo-Sando (宗吾参道)
Narita (成田)
Shibayama-Chiyoda (芝山千代田)

Once you board, look at the display above the doors. If you see "Shinagawa," you’ve made it! Even if you accidentally take the wrong train, don't worry—just get off before reaching Kamata Station and wait for the next one.

Next, get off at Shinagawa Station. Look for the ticket gates marked "transfer to JR line" (JR線のりかえ) and pass through there.

After passing through the gates, transfer to a train heading for Tokyo Station. Any train that stops at Tokyo will work, but I highly recommend platforms 6 or 7.

Source

Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, you will need to transfer to the Keiyo Line. Please proceed to the section below titled "From Tokyo Station" for the next steps.

〇From Narita Airport (By Train)

It’s a pretty long and complex journey, so let’s stay focused! While there are several ways to get there, I’ll guide you through the route with the most frequent train service.

By the way, if you’re arriving a day early and staying near Makuhari Messe, taking a bus is actually much faster and easier! It will drop you off right in front of the venue in about an hour. I’ll add some extra info about the bus option at the end of this section!

map link

Travel Time: Approx. 2 hours
Cost: Approx. 1,000 yen

Route:
Narita Airport (any station) via Keisei Line → Funabashi Station → Nishi-Funabashi Station → Kaihin-Makuhari Station → Makuhari Messe (On foot)

Getting to the Train Station from Each Terminal

The route to the station depends on which terminal you arrive at. If you land at Terminal 3, please be careful with your schedule, as it requires a significant amount of walking to reach the station.

<From Terminal 1>
Once you exit the arrival lobby, look for the escalator on the same floor marked "Train" and head downstairs.

Continue along the path, and you will reach the station in no time.

<From Terminal 2>
Once you exit the arrival lobby, look for the escalator on the same floor marked "Train" and head downstairs.

Continue along the path, and you will reach the station in no time.

<From Terminal 3>
If you arrive at Terminal 3, you will need to head to Terminal 2 by either walking about 600 meters or taking the free terminal shuttle bus.

Follow the red line on the ground; once you reach the point shown in the photo, turn left to walk or continue straight to take the shuttle bus.

Between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, buses run every 10 minutes, so you won’t have to wait long.

If you choose to walk, simply follow the red line all the way to Terminal 2. Keep an eye out for this symbol—it will be your guide!

Great job! Did you make it to the station okay?

Now, we’re finally heading to the venue by train!

Once you reach the station, enter through the Keisei Line ticket gates. Be careful not to confuse them with the JR gates nearby.

After entering, you’ll need to board the Keisei Main Line. This part is a bit tricky: at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 stations, if you're taking the Keisei Main Line, you must pass through a second set of ticket gates inside the station. This is simply to confirm whether you are using the Sky Access Line or the Main Line. Don't worry, you aren't exiting the station!

Just follow the blue signs. Once you reach the platforms, board a train bound for the destinations listed below from Platforms 2 or 3 at Terminal 1, or Platform 3 at Terminal 2.

Destinations List (Bound for)

Keisei Ueno
(京成上野)
Nishi-magome (西馬込)
Haneda Airport (羽田空港)
Keisei Takasago (京成高砂)
Aoto (青砥)

https://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetudou/skyliner/us/index.php

Next, let's transfer to the JR Funabashi Station at Keisei Funabashi Station.

Exit through the East Gate (東口) and turn left. Follow the signs marked "JR Line." You will enter a building called "FACE"; just continue through the building, and you will arrive at the JR Funabashi Station.

After leaving the building, take the escalator down on your left.

Once you reach the station, please board a train from Platform 1 heading toward Nishi-Funabashi, Akihabara, and Nakano (Chuo-Sobu Line).

Warning: You might see the name "Makuhari" at Platform 2, but it’s a trap! That train will take you to Makuhari-Hongo Station, which is a notorious "wrong station" mistake. It is completely different from Kaihin-Makuhari Station, where the venue is located!

Source

Once you get on, get ready to get off right away at the next stop, Nishi-Funabashi Station. We’re switching to the Musashino Line!
Transfer to platforms 11 or 12.

It’s a bit tricky here, but just follow the signs and you’ll make it.
If you took the stairs, turn left. If you took the escalator, go straight into the passage diagonally to your right.

Follow the child's directions.

If you've made it this far, you're good to go!
Go up to platforms 11 and 12 behind the elevator.

If there’s no direct train, take any train from Platforms 11 or 12 except those bound for Shim-Matsudo or Minami-Urawa. You can then transfer at the next station.

Source

You will arrive at either Minami-Funabashi or Ichikawa-Shiohama Station. At either station, please transfer to Track 1 for trains bound for Kaihin-Makuhari, Chiba-minato, or Soga.

Watch out for this "trap": some trains head back to Nishi-Funabashi! Make sure you don't jump on the wrong one.

Finally, get off at Kaihin-Makuhari Station!!

© 2026 Google

You’ve made it! Great job everyone!!! The venue is just a stone’s throw away now!! Please proceed to the next section: "From Kaihin-Makuhari Station to Makuhari Messe"!

~ Bonus ~ Taking the Bus

I didn't list this as the main option because buses are less frequent and missing one could mess up your schedule, but for those arriving a day early, it’s the best choice! Enjoy a graceful and comfortable ride to Makuhari.

First, head to the ticket vending machines.

  • Terminal 1: Central South Wing

  • Terminal 2: On both the left and right sides

  • Terminal 3: Near the restrooms in the arrival lobby

Look for the "Bus Tickets" section. Please note that "Low-Cost BusTickets" machines do not sell tickets for the Makuhari route.

Now, let's head to the bus stop:

  • Terminal 3: Bus Stop #10

  • Terminal 2: Arrival Level, Bus Stop #12

  • Terminal 1: Arrival Level, Bus Stop #4

After that, just sit back and relax until you arrive. It’s a breeze!

〇From Tokyo Station(By train)

map link

Travel Time: Approx. 45 minutes (including transfer time)
Cost: Approx. 700 yen

Tokyo Station → Kaihin-Makuhari Station

Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, you'll need to transfer to the Keiyo Line. However, be prepared—this is a major challenge! Depending on where you start, it can take up to 20 minutes to walk to the platform. Please make sure to allow plenty of time.

There are too many possible routes to explain them all, but the best advice is simple: Follow the signs on the ceiling! They will guide you all the way to the Keiyo Line.

Source

The secret to a smooth transfer is this: once you go down (or up) the stairs from the platform, always look at the ceiling. There will be a guide sign waiting for you—just follow it! Head in the direction of this symbol, and you’ll be on the right track!!

If you keep those signs in sight, it's actually quite simple! Once you reach the platforms, look for the red trains—that’s the Keiyo Line.

Important: Please do NOT board the orange trains (Musashino Line) or any train bound for Nishi-Funabashi, as they will not take you to Kaihin-Makuhari.

Also, if the train’s final stop is Shin-Narashino Station, you will be asked to get off there. Don't worry—just transfer to the next train on the same platform at Platform 1.

Once you're on the train, all you have to do is get off at Kaihin-Makuhari Station! The ride takes about 30 minutes. When you arrive, go through the ticket gates and head to the left toward the South Exit.

Excellent work!!! Now, let's take that final walk to the venue!! Please proceed to the section below!

〇From Kaihin-Makuhari Station to Makuhari Messe

map link

There will likely be staff or signs to guide you on the day, but here is the route just in case! And if you still find yourself lost, just follow the people carrying Nijisanji merchandise—they'll lead you straight to the venue! lol

1. After passing through the ticket gates, turn left toward the South Exit.

2. Take the escalator directly in front of you to the upper floor.

3. Once you reach the top of the escalator, turn right.

4. Turn left at the next corner.

5. Continue straight along the path.

© 2026 Google

6. Turn right at this sign.

7. Turn left at the next corner, go straight,
and then take the escalator down.

8. Just keep going straight, and you’ve arrived!!
Great job, and enjoy the event!!

▮Waiting Lines

Updated on May 9, 2026, with the latest official information!
Please make sure to check the official website as well as this article.

⚠️ Please Note:
keep in mind that routes and guidance often change on the day of major events!! Please stay updated with the latest announcements at all times!!!

〇General Admission Waiting Lines

Last year, baggage inspection was conducted in the cross-hatched square area. Attendees then waited behind the Makuhari Messe building and entered from the location marked with the arrow at 9:00 AM. This year’s entry process will follow the same flow.
The queue will begin forming at 5:00 AM!!

Also, there will likely be portable toilets and vending machines near the waiting area. The staff announced previously, "Please be considerate and allow others to return to their original spots if they temporarily step out for the restroom." Therefore, you shouldn't have to worry about losing your place and having to line up again from the back.
To be safe, it's best to let the people around you know before you step out!

© 2026 Google

If you’re worried about how to tell the people around you in line, just show them this message!

お手洗いと自販機に寄るので、いったん列を抜けます。すぐ戻ります!

I’m temporarily leaving the line for the restroom and vending machine. I’ll be right back!

〇For those holding tickets for the "11:00 AM" session of the Audio-Visual Room or the Real Hero Greeting

Makuhari Messe in the Morning

Those with tickets for the 11:00 AM Audio-Visual Room(視聴覚室) or Real Hero Greeting(リアルヒーローグリーティング) can enter near the Central Entrance starting around 10:30 AM, instead of joining the general admission queue. Look for the red roof in the center of Makuhari Messe as your landmark.

〇Special Stage Waiting Line (Queue)

The waiting line will form at the back of the venue, indicated by the hatched area in the photo. The circled area is the merchandise sales location. But wait! There is a very important point to keep in mind!!

After the waiting area locations were announced, I actually walked the route myself, and it takes much longer than you might imagine!! Even with almost no crowds, it took me about 20 minutes to walk from the Central Entrance (the one with the red roof). It is highly likely to take even longer on the day of the event!!
To be safe, I recommend starting to move at least 30 minutes before your desired arrival time.

Also, regarding the actual festival days (Saturday and Sunday), there is no mention of being able to access this area from inside the venue. This means you will likely need to exit the building once and walk around to the back.

Furthermore, since the entrance to the Thursday/Friday merchandise area is located inside the venue, you will have to take a long detour to reach the waiting line, as shown in the photo below. This distance is about 1 kilometer. As a side note, it is also about a 1-kilometer walk from the station.

© 2026 Google

Entrance at the back
You will have to keep walking straight down this road for quite a while.
It gets incredibly dark along this path!! Please be careful on your way back!!

▮Merchandise Information

〇About Merchandise Sales

Merchandise sales will take place in Halls 4 & 5 and the International Conference Hall. Please note that the operating hours and eligible attendees vary by location. Notably, puppets and plushies are available only at the "Nijinui Store" pop-up shop.

Additionally, it appears that a numbered ticket system will be used for sales this time as well.

Please note that access to the International Conference Hall is limited: on Thursday and Friday, you can enter from inside the venue, but on Saturday and Sunday, you must enter from the outside location shown in the photo below.

〇Lockers

There are plenty of lockers around Makuhari, but they fill up surprisingly fast!

While you'll see many locker banks, the sheer number of fans means they disappear in the blink of an eye. Since most of you probably have a hotel room, leaving your luggage there is by far the best choice! Travel light and enjoy the event stress-free!

Around the Station

At the South Exit, you’ll find them along the walls on both the left and right sides. At the North Exit, they are tucked away in the narrow space between the station and the adjacent building.

⚠️ Important: These are IC card only (Suica/Pasmo). They do not accept cash or coins!

〇Food & Dining

There are so many restaurants nearby that if I listed them all, I’d have to write an entire new article! Please check the link below for the full list of shops.
Also, Kitchen Food Trucks will be inside the venue again this year, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat during the event!

①Restrooms Inside Each Hall

Restrooms are located at the front and back of each hall, as well as along the corridors.

Emergency Tip: If venue restrooms are too crowded, head to Parking Lot. It's the best "escape route" for restroom emergencies!

②Under the Station Bridge

Exit the South Gate, turn right, and you'll find it right under the bridge.
If the entry lines have already stretched back to the station area, this restroom—or those in nearby shopping malls—might be your only remaining options. Don't hesitate to use it before you get stuck in line!

③メッセ付近エスカレーター横公衆トイレ

Located right near the escalators as you approach the entrance of Makuhari Messe. This is your last chance to use the restroom before you officially enter the venue's security and waiting area!

④Makuhari Messe Parking Lot

These restrooms are located right next to the parking area. Since there are many stalls and not many people know about them, they are a true hidden gem and should be much less crowded. If you're in a hurry, run here!! You can find the connecting passage just past Hall 1.

〇Smoking Areas

Use Designated Smoking Areas Only.
You will find several smoking rooms near the station and within the venue corridors. Street smoking is not allowed, so please use these facilities!

Makuhari Messe

Important: Smoking areas are located OUTDOORS only!
Although you might see signs for indoor smoking rooms, they are currently closed and unavailable, as shown in the photo below. If you need to smoke, please head to the designated outdoor spots.

〇Kaihin-Makuhari Station

Fans have organized voluntary support advertisements at the station! You can find them on the pillars inside the ticket gates at Kaihimmakuhari Station!!

I’ve applied a mosaic effect to prevent spoilers...
Go and see it for yourself at the venue!!

▮Collaboration Events

○3SKM × Yokohama Cosmo World (Yokohama)

Yokohama is a bit far from Makuhari, but this is a must-visit for 3SKM fans!

⚠️Yokohama Cosmo World is CLOSED on Thursdays (May 7, 14, 21, 28). Please plan your visit for any other day of the week!

〇NIJISANJI Collaboration with Karaoke Manekineko

What is Karaoke?
In Japan, karaoke is enjoyed in "Karaoke Boxes"—private, soundproof rooms that you rent with your friends. It’s different from singing on a public stage; it’s a private space where you can relax, eat, and sing.

〇NijiFes 2026 × Tokaido Shinkansen

Featuring the Eve Festival performers! Passengers on the Tokaido Shinkansen can download exclusive wallpapers and access special AR photo frames. Be sure to check it out while on board!

〇Popolamama × Nijisanji Collaboration (Vol. 2)

You absolutely have to check their official website. The menu looks insanely delicious—it's almost too much to handle!

〇Super Cup x ROF-MAO Collaboration

Great for a quick midnight meal at your hotel. They are widely sold at convenience stores and supermarkets. Don't forget to pick some up before you head back for the night!

▮Souvenirs from the Nearby prefectures

Here is a list of the best souvenirs from nearby prefectures!
I’ve put together a selection of famous treats from the areas surrounding Makuhari.

They make perfect gifts for your friends and family back in your home country—or a great snack for yourself! Definitely check them out before you head home!!

〇Tokyo Souvenirs

Tokyo Banana

You'll see this everywhere in Tokyo. The banana custard cream inside is absolutely divine! I highly recommend buying an extra box for yourself—trust me, you'll be much happier later!

Quoted from the website below.

Meika Hiyoko / 銘菓ひよ子

It’s a super famous, long-selling treat. Just look at it... it's so incredibly cute! The little chick shape is almost too precious to eat. Inside, you'll find a smooth, sweet bean paste that melts in your mouth.

〇Chiba Souvenirs

NijiFes Souvenir Sweets

Since you’ve come all this way, you simply have to get them!
These are the official souvenirs available only at the NijiFes venue! You won't find these anywhere else in Japan—not even at the official stores later!!

Rakka-sei Pie (Peanut Pie)

A delicious pastry made with Chiba’s famous peanuts!
This "Rakka-sei Pie" features a rich peanut filling wrapped in a buttery, flaky crust. One of the best things about it is the variety of box sizes available.

Choshi Dentetsu: Nure-Senbei

I chose this one because the story behind it is just too good!
Choshi Electric Railway is a local train line that is almost always "in the red" (losing money). However, this Nure-Senbei became a massive hit and single-handedly saved the company from bankruptcy! (Though they say they're back in the red again due to rising costs...)

This company has a great sense of humor—they also sell snacks called "Mazui-bo" (a pun meaning "Delicious stick" but "Mazui" also means "financially bad" or "tastes bad").

〇KanagawaSouvenirs

Kiyoken Shumai

When Japanese people think of Yokohama, they think of Kiyoken!

Shumai are Japanese-style steamed dumplings, usually filled with ground pork and onion.

They sell vacuum-packed versions that last for months at room temperature, so you can actually take the taste of Yokohama back to your home country!

Ariake Harbour

This ship-shaped pastry is the most iconic souvenir from Yokohama! It’s a soft, moist sponge cake filled with exquisite chestnut cream.

Yokohama Kaori: Raisin Sand

This Raisin Sand is for anyone looking for a more high-end souvenir. The elegant balance between the brandy-soaked raisins and the smooth cream is simply sublime. It’s a masterpiece of flavor that feels like a true luxury in every bite!

▮Troubleshooting

〇Lost & Found

Lost something? The place to go depends on where you lost it.
If you lost your item inside the festival venue, head straight to the Information Desk near the Central Entrance.

However, if you lost it outside the venue—or if it hasn’t been turned in to Information yet—there’s a high chance it was handed over to the station staff or the local police. Don’t give up hope; many items are returned safely in Japan!

〇Illness & Injuries

Drugstores are essential if you need cold medicine, painkillers, or Band-Aids for those festival blisters! The closest one to the venue is Matsumoto Kiyoshi.↓
