英語日記20250514_[parsley]

Yesterday, I got many parsley in college.
It looked like a bouquet of flowers, wrapped in newspaper and with a bunch of parsley coming out of the stem.

The reason is……
I have a colleague at work who loves growing food, and he sent me a message:
「イタリアンパセリいる？」
After a while,There was a bouquet of parsley on my desk.

What!? Too many!

Just this day,My course was having a "welcome party for new students" where the third-year students were welcoming the new second-year students.
I divided the parsley into plastic bags, distributed it to them, and left.
I don't know if they got it back or not…

I went home and started cooking.
How can I use parsley?
I mistook basil for parsley😃. I made pasta.
But, parsley is not basil.　It didn’t taste very good. I made it wrong.
I reflected and looked up the recipe.

And I made parsley souse.
How to make it is:
prepare{parsley, minced garlic, powdered cheese, walnut（Today, I substituted nuts）,olive oil, salt and pepper}
Then put it in the food processor.

This was very delicious.
I will use it and cook parsley Sauteed Chicken.
