このシリーズ、すっかりご無沙汰してしまいました。
I’ve been away from this series for a while.
昨年の一時帰国で撮ったたべものの写真を「そのうち」載せようと思っていたのですが、まさかの一時帰国が急に決まったので……今日は、私が日本に帰ったら必ず足を運んでいるビーガンレストラン T's Restaurant の思い出をご紹介します。
I’d been meaning to post some food photos from my last trip to Japan “someday,” but—surprise—another trip to Japan suddenly got scheduled.
So today I’m sharing a little memory from T’s, the vegan restaurant I always go to when I’m back in Japan.

この日は、大好きなラーメンとカツカレー。
This was from May 7, 2025.
That day, a friend and I shared ramen and katsu curry.
デザートは、抹茶モンブランとガトーショコラ。
For dessert, we had a matcha Mont Blanc and a gâteau au chocolat.
幸せで、おいしいひとときでした。
ごちそうさまでした。
来月も行けるかなぁ？
It was such a happy, delicious moment.
I wonder if I’ll get to go again next month?
I hope so.
