空に浮かぶ雲
風に吹かれれば
形を変え
光に照らされれば
色を変える
見ることはできるけれど
捉えることはできない
地球という惑星の
水の循環の中で
一時その役割を果たし
また消えていく
そんな
空に漂う雲

it changes its shape.
Bathed in light,
it changes its color.
You may see it,
but never grasp it.
Within the water’s cycle
of this planet Earth,
for a while
it fulfills its role
and then fades away—
just a cloud
adrift in the sky.
