The Cause of Tinnitus Attacks Is Not a Disease

1. Introduction

I have been claiming that I am continuously subjected to unimaginable human rights violations.

The organization carrying out these violations is what I refer to as the "torture and human experimentation organization" or simply "human experimentation organization."

I believe that this organization is related to the Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) that have affected numerous U.S. government personnel.

I have experienced almost all the symptoms reported by AHI victims and continue to suffer from multiple symptoms to this day.

Among these, the form of torture that I have been subjected to almost constantly, every day, for approximately seven years, is "tinnitus attacks."

There are multiple types of tinnitus attacks that I perceive, but all of them are high-pitched sounds.
Additionally, some AHI victims have also reported tinnitus as one of their symptoms.

In this paper, I will explain how the tinnitus attacks I experience are not caused by a medical condition but are artificially induced.

2. What Is Tinnitus?

Tinnitus is generally defined as a perceived sound that occurs within the ears or head (1)(2).

According to (1), tinnitus is described as "an uncomfortable and unpleasant sound that is directly perceived in the ears or head."

According to (2), "The symptoms of tinnitus can vary significantly from person to person. You may hear phantom sounds in one ear, in both ears, and in your head." (Original text: What are the symptoms of tinnitus? The symptoms of tinnitus can vary significantly from person to person. You may hear phantom sounds in one ear, in both ears, and in your head.)

However, the tinnitus attacks that I am subjected to daily are perceived near the outer area of my ears and the back of my head, not within my ears or head.

2-1. Cause of Tinnitus (I)

It is said that 70-80% of tinnitus patients also have hearing loss (1).
The following facts objectively demonstrate that I do not have hearing loss.

① Ability to Communicate in Noisy Environments

I am currently involved in an eviction lawsuit (*1) related to the construction of a large-scale research and development center by SMC Corporation in the district where my apartment is located.

  • Negotiations began in March 2023, and since October 2023, I have been having direct meetings with the negotiation representative.

  • Since December 2023, full-scale construction work has started in my district, yet I have been able to communicate without difficulty with the negotiation representative even amid the noise.

  • The final meeting on August 1, 2024, took place under noise levels far worse than previous meetings. However, I only had to ask the other party to repeat a statement once, and the conversation proceeded normally. This meeting record has been submitted as Plaintiff’s Evidence Document No. 44 (*2).

(*1) The stated reason for the eviction request was "building deterioration after 13 years of construction." However, since my apartment is made of reinforced concrete, its legal durability is 47 years.
Furthermore, nearly half of the plaintiff’s complaint is dedicated to explaining the importance of the development project, which clearly indicates a discrepancy in the eviction justification. I have refuted this in my defense statement.

(*2) The plaintiff submitted multiple meeting records as evidence, but I was not involved in their creation, nor have I been able to verify their accuracy. Thus, I have pointed out in my written argument that there are doubts about their reliability.
However, the extreme noise conditions during this particular meeting were undeniably real.

② Ability to Hear Mosquito Tones

I tested mosquito tones on YouTube and, despite experiencing severe tinnitus attacks, I was still able to hear a 12,000 Hz sound (*3) clearly.

  • The mosquito tone was perceived through my headphones, whereas the tinnitus attack seemed to be coming from outside the headphones.

(*3) A 12,000 Hz tone is typically audible up to one's 50s, yet I am 63 years old.

From these facts, it is evident that I do not suffer from hearing loss.

2-2. Cause of Tinnitus (II)

Tinnitus without hearing loss is called "non-hearing-loss tinnitus" (無難聴性耳鳴, munanchousei jimei) and may be caused by:

  • Abnormal excitation in the auditory system, particularly the inner ear

  • Psychogenic factors

(Reference (1), p.112)

I have endured severe stress for decades, long before I was subjected to psychological destruction tactics using sound and light at Hotel Sunroute Takadanobaba and Lawson Takadanobaba Ekimae-dori Store on March 5, 2018.

It is highly likely that these psychogenic factors have facilitated various forms of torture and human experimentation, including not only tinnitus but also pain and discomfort inflicted on specific parts of my body.

3. Types of Tinnitus Currently Perceived

The tinnitus I primarily perceive falls into the following three categories:

  • "bzzz" (buzzing, a sound similar to the chirping of insects or cicadas)

  • "eeee" (ringing / whining, a high-pitched continuous tone)

  • "peep" (beeping, a monotonous, sharp sound)

Particularly at night, when I wake up (*4), I often experience different types of tinnitus attacks in each ear.

  • Left ear → "peep"

  • Right ear → "bzzz" + "eeee"

  • Intensity → Sometimes extremely strong, other times relatively quiet

Additionally, even during the day (*5), lying down in bed frequently triggers intense tinnitus attacks.

Conversely, when I get up and start cleaning or cooking, the tinnitus suddenly subsides.

These patterns strongly suggest that the tinnitus I experience is artificially induced.

(*4) In my daily records, I note instances as "waking up" or "falling asleep," but in reality, I believe the more accurate descriptions would be "being forcibly awakened" or "being put to sleep."

(*5) This phenomenon is a result of "fatigue induction attacks," where artificial sensations of exhaustion are imposed on me.
