Suspicious Responses from Lawyer
On the early morning of March 5, 2018, I was subjected to psychological destruction operations using sound and light at Hotel Sunroute Takadanobaba & Lawson Takadanobaba Ekimae-dori Store, in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
The purpose of my stay was to prepare handwritten materials for a consultation with a lawyer on March 8, three days later. By around 2014, I had already realized that I was caught up in an extraordinary situation.
However, I was even worse at writing back then, and the content was extremely difficult to explain. As a result, I could only manage to write slightly more than one A4 page.
My Relationship with the Lawyer
I first consulted this lawyer in 2003 or the following year, after I resigned from Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. and moved from Annaka City, Gunma Prefecture, to Miyamae Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This consultation took place at a free legal counseling session held at a department store.
It was only in recent years that I began to suspect that the content of that initial consultation might not be entirely unrelated to the unimaginable human rights violations I am currently experiencing.
Subsequently, I continued to seek legal advice on matters that, at the time, I believed to be unrelated to my current situation.

Interactions with the Lawyer

On March 5, after checking out of the hotel, I visited a private law office in Shin-Otsuka, Toshima Ward and handed my materials to the secretary, as the lawyer was absent at the time.
There were various unusual occurrences on my way to the law office and while waiting for it to open, but I will omit those details here.
On March 8, I visited the law office for a consultation.
Again, I encountered unusual situations both on my way there and on my way back, but I will omit those details as well.
However, the consultation was diverted to the topics of my previous two consultations, completely replacing what I intended to discuss.
Furthermore, during the consultation, I heard several faint sounds that I call “pan” coming from behind a partition, as well as metallic noises as if something was hitting the ceiling pipes.
When I pointed out these sounds, the lawyer brushed them off, saying, “That happens often.”
Before leaving, I was given two pieces of advice, but they were matters that should have been addressed during my previous consultations.
If the lawyer had properly handled them earlier, I could have found relief much sooner.
Even after that, I continued to email and consult directly several times.
On November 12, 2018, I visited the law office again and told the lawyer that I wanted to file a criminal complaint with the police. However, I was denied on the grounds that there was no physical evidence, so the complaint would not be accepted.

Recent Communications and Current Status
Most recently, on January 27 this year, I sent an email stating:
・I do not know how much longer I will be able to continue speaking out about these unimaginable human rights violations, so I am considering whether I should publicly disclose the lawyer’s name.
・Despite my suspicions regarding past interactions, I asked if the lawyer could provide any perspective or cooperation.
However, I received no response.
