In the fall of 2025, something shifted within me.
The dots finally connected—and in that moment, I found my purpose and my calling.

After graduating from university, I built a diverse career across fields including IT, while deepening my expertise through becoming a certified social insurance and labor consultant and earning an MBA.
But alongside that professional journey, I also faced my own struggles with mental health—an experience that profoundly changed how I see work, people, and life itself.

Today, we stand in the midst of an AI-driven transformation that I believe is as profound as the shift from the Edo period to the Meiji Restoration. Society is being redefined.

That is why I have chosen a new path.

By integrating my professional experience with my lived experience of mental illness, I aim to become a clinical psychologist—someone who can truly stand beside people, not just in theory, but in reality.

What makes my perspective unique is this intersection:
a deep understanding of organizational systems and operations, combined with firsthand knowledge of the pain and complexity of mental health challenges.

This allows me to offer something more than counseling—
I offer understanding, trust, and real-world relevance to people navigating modern work and life.

Through clinical practice, I don’t just want to support individuals.
I want to help reshape the systems they live and work in.

There is still stigma surrounding mental illness. That needs to change.
And I intend to be part of that change.

My vision goes beyond individual care.
I will carve out a path as a specialist in the industrial and organizational domain—working to build healthier organizations, where people can truly thrive.

The possibilities are limitless.
And at the core of my journey is one question:

What kind of ancestor will I choose to become?
