X：アルゴリズムの完全AI移行とプロフィールのアップデートについて（2025年10月15日のAIイラスト）

このところ、Xに公式に関わる人物から立て続けにXのアップデートについて投稿されています。今日は、イーロンさんから近日中にアルゴリズムの更新が行われるという投稿がありました。

こちらのポストは、ユーザーからの「過去1年間でXのフィードが大幅に改善され、スパムや低品質な投稿がほぼ消えた」というポストに対する引用リポストになります。

先日もこの件に関して、Xのプロダクト責任者であるNikita氏のポストに引用リポストで上記のように投稿しています。

今週後半（2025/10/15現在）には、アルゴリズムのアップデートが行われ、現行のルールが削除されるようですね。さらに11月にはすべての投稿がGrokによって評価され、おすすめタイムラインは完全にAI制御に移行する、とのことです。

おすすめタイムラインに表示するポストを動的に調整できるとのことですが、現行のアルゴリズムによる興味関心に沿って表示される、というのが十分に機能していると感じているので、あまり変化がないと予想しています。今の時点で、AIイラスト以外のポストが表示されることはほぼないです。

なので、自分のおすすめタイムラインよりは、他者のおすすめタイムラインにどのように表示されるのかがの方が重要と感じています。場合によっては、著しくリーチが縮小することも考えられます。そもそも、わたしのモチーフはマニアックかつニッチジャンルなのでその可能性が高そう…。

それから、Xのプロダクト責任者のNikita氏も新たな機能について投稿しています。

プロフィールをアップデートして、新たに下記について表示する機能を実験しているとのことです。

• アカウントの作成日
  これは現行のプロフィールでも表示されていますね。

• アカウントの拠点（国）
  アカウントが主にどの国に拠点を置いているかを示すと思われます。アカウント作成時の場所や登録国を基に決定されるため、ユーザーの起源を検証するためのものと考えられます。
  プライバシーに関わるため、ユーザーとのやり取りで「オプトアウトについて検討している」という主旨の回答がされています。

• ユーザー名の変更回数
  アカウント作成後から現在に至るまでのアカウント名の変更回数を表示すると思われます。こちらもオプトアウトが無いとなると、いわゆる「転生垢」の場合、都合が悪い人も居そうですが、おそらく「回数」のみが表示されるのだと思われます。

• 接続経由
  ユーザーがXアプリをダウンロードしたApp Storeの国を指すと思われます。これは、アカウント作成やアプリインストール時の地域情報を基に記録されており、単なる現在のIPアドレス（VPNで変えやすい）ではなく、初回ダウンロード時の請求住所や地域設定に関連づけられている可能性が高いです。これにより、アカウントの起源や信頼性を検証しやすくなり、botや偽装アカウントを減らす目的があると思われます。例えば、VPNを使ってもこの情報は変わらないため、ユーザーの実際の拠点を推測する手がかりになるのではないでしょうか。

プロフィールに上記の情報を新たに表示する目的は、やはりbotや偽装アカウントを減らすことにあると思われます。先週も170万のbotアカウントを削除した、というアナウンスがありましたが、Xは引き続きbotや偽装アカウントの削除を進めていくようですね。

しばらく、Xは目だったアップデートがありませんでしたが、ここにきてラッシュのようにアップデートについて告知されています。今後も新たな情報に注視していきます！

まぁ、告知と行っても個人が投稿しているだけで、X公式アカウントからは一切なんのアナウンスもないんですけどね…。
