『Gemini 2.5 flash image preview』が話題ですね。リファレンス機能に優れていて、「表情」「髪型」「髪色」「服装」などの部分的な変更を、キャラクターや絵柄を維持したまま行うことができます。

例として、こちらの騎士メカ娘のカラーバリエーションを作ってみます。

プロンプトは
「配色を青に変えてください。色以外は変更しないように」

こちらが生成結果です。

さらに
「黒色と金色と緑色も作ってください」

画像編集アプリでそれぞれレイヤーに置いて重ねてみましたが、色以外はまったく変わっていませんでした。

それから
「キャラの特徴を理解して、バリエーションを作ってみて下さい」

軽装型・重装型・ステルス型をそれぞれ提案してくれました。ステルス型はちょっとアレンジが過ぎましたが、軽装型・重装型は元絵の特徴を反映しています。

ChatGPTも近いことができると思いますが、特有の絵柄が特徴として出てきますし、粒状のノイズ（？）が目立つので、生成したままのいわゆるポン出し状態ではちょっと使えないです。

流行りの「フィギュア化」で遊んでいますｗ

最初は「フィギュア化してください」という単純なプロンプトで試していたのですが、ポストでも触れているとおり、わたしのモチーフはなかなかフィギュア化してもらえず、背景とスタンドだけリアルで肝心のキャラクターがアニメ絵のままという状態でした。

背景情報（展示ケース・照明）を追加してみたところ、概ねフィギュア化できました。

「照明・光源」プロンプトを含むと実写化する傾向があるというのは、おそらく多くの画像生成モデルで共通なので、背景よりもそちらの影響の方が強いかもしれません。背景は「机の上」「PCモニタの前」でもなんでもよくて、情報を付加すれば実写化の傾向が強くなるようです。

背景無しでも、フィギュアの特徴（材質、質感など）など詳細を付加すればフィギュア化に誘導できるので、試してみてください。
