踊るだけで健康寿命延伸　日本赤十字医学会総会

ダンサーであり、「TRF」メンバーとしても知られるSAMが、10月16日（木）に大宮ソニックホールで開催された「第61回日本赤十字社医学会総会」にて、特別講演「SAMとダレデモダンス～人・地域をつなぐ～」を行った。

講演では、さいたま赤十字病院 院長補佐の雨宮守正氏を座長に迎え、ジェロントロジー（老年学）の視点から「人生100年時代をどう健康に生きるか」をテーマに、解説と「ダレデモダンス」を実演。会場には医療関係者を中心に多くの来場者が集まり、熱心に耳を傾けた。

SAMは、ダンサー・ダンスクリエーターとして長年第一線で活動を続ける一方、2021年に南カリフォルニア大学デイビススクール ジェロントロジー学科通信教育課程を修了。
SAM, a dancer and member of the group "TRF," gave a special lecture entitled "SAM and DareDemo Dance: Connecting People and Communities" at the 61st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Red Cross Society Medical Association, held on October 16th (Thursday) at Omiya Sonic Hall.

The lecture featured Dr. Morimasa Amemiya雨宮守正氏, Assistant Director of the Red Cross Hospital, who provided commentary and a demonstration of "DareDemo Dance" from a gerontology perspective on the theme of "How to Live Healthily in the Era of 100-Year Lifespans." Many attendees, primarily medical professionals, gathered in Saitama and listened attentively.
