Social withdrawal: 「社会的撤退」と訳される、最もニュアンスが近い硬めの表現。
Shut-in / Voluntary shut-in: 自ら家の中にとどまる（閉じこもる）人。
Recluse: 隠者、社会と交流を絶って生活する人。
