This is a family crime entertainment filled with ups and downs. Haru plays Hanamura Kaoru, a Tokyo University graduate who is on the fast track to becoming an elite, but is also job hunting. Kawaei plays Hidaka Mami, a single mother who uses the exceptional communication skills she developed during her time as a delinquent to become the president of a venture company.

Kaoru, who is struggling with job hunting, meets Makie at an interview for the venture company "Rainbow Lab." Mamie is a former delinquent, but she is now a capable president with outstanding communication skills. In her private life, she is raising her daughter Iroha on her own, a fact she keeps secret from those around her.
