初めて最後まで聴きました。素晴らしくて、セットリストを調べていたら興味深い記事を見つけました。　

Fred again.. が Tiny Desk コンサートを最初に提案したとき、彼がどのようにそれを実現するのかはすぐには明確ではありませんでした。それは彼が創造力に欠けていたわけではなく、純粋な電子音楽をデスクで翻訳することは、誰にとっても困難な課題です。大観衆の前で DJ セットの形でパフォーマンスをするアーティストが、どのようにして親密でユニークな体験をキュレーションするのでしょうか？しかし、イギリスのソングライター兼プロデューサーが考え出したのは、Tiny Desk が最高の状態であることを思い出させるものでした。アーティストにとって新しい音楽を作っているような感覚をほぼ感じながら、自分に真実であると感じることに固執する機会です。

On the way home from the summer festival at my housing complex, I listened to FredAgain's tinydesk. When Fred Again first proposed a tiny desk concert, it wasn't immediately clear how he would make it happen. It wasn't that he lacked creativity, it was just that translating pure electronic music on a desk is difficult for anyone.

How does an artist performing in front of large crowds in the form of a DJ set curate an intimate and unique experience? But what the British songwriter-producer came up with was a reminder of Tiny Desk at its best.

Fred again.. にとって、それはマリンバの再学習、ビブラフォンの演奏、ピアノでの歌唱、サウンドとビートのループを同時に行うことを意味しました。彼はセットを「Kyle (i found you)」で始め、曲のメロディをマリンバで再現し、フィーチャーされた詩人 Kyle "Guante" Tran Myhre が「Love In The Time of Undeath」「Kyle (i found you)」「Roze (forgive)」

意外な転換で、次のトラック「Me (heavy)」の主要なボーカルは Fred again.. 自身から来ており、操作なしで、空間に優れた親密さを生み出しています。ループされたピアノの鍵盤の嵐が「Delilah (pull me out of this)」への移行を示し、この曲ではポップシンガー Delilah Montagu の 2021 年の曲「Lost Keys」から引用したゲストボーカルが使用されています。セットの最後には「Faisal (envelops me)」で締めくくり、Fred again.. はジャムパックの Tiny Desk をシームレスに移動した後、ピアノで休息しました。
