第1944話　Sunoは歌詞の意味を理解しているのか？──LyricsとStructureの衝突実験

これまでの実験では、

• 歌詞の音韻変化

• 母音・子音・濁音による歌唱変化

• 「ボーカル＝打楽器」仮説

• Structure（構造タグ）の影響

• 未知タグ・逆転タグ実験

• StyleとStructureの優先関係

について検証してきた。

前回の実験では、

「Styleは楽曲全体の世界観や歌唱表現に強く影響し、Structureはその展開を補助する役割を担っている可能性がある」

という仮説にたどり着いた。

そこで今回、新たな疑問が生まれた。

「Sunoは歌詞の意味をどの程度反映しているのか？」

もし歌詞の意味を強く理解しているのであれば、悲しい歌詞では曲調も悲しくなり、明るい歌詞では自然と盛り上がるはずである。

逆に、歌詞の意味よりも内部の音楽モデルを優先しているのであれば、歌詞とStructureが矛盾していても、音楽として自然な形へ補完される可能性がある。

今回は、この仮説を検証した。

実験内容

共通Style（全パターン共通）

比較したのは以下の6パターン。

悲しいLyrics × 王道Structure

Structureが盛り上げようとしても、
歌詞の意味が抑制するか。

歌詞が悲しい内容でも、Hookで盛り上がる構成になるのかを確認する。

結果

曲調そのものは大きく悲しい印象にはならなかった。

歌詞だけで楽曲全体の雰囲気が決まるわけではないように感じられた。

希望Lyrics × Structureなし

目的
Lyricsだけで展開を作るか。

タグがなくても自然な展開が作られるかを検証する。

結果

Structureを記述しなくても、楽曲は自然に盛り上がる構成となった。

前回までの実験と同様に、Suno内部で楽曲構成を補完している可能性が高い。

目的
Hookというタグより、
歌詞内容を優先するか。

Hookというタグだけでサビらしい盛り上がりが生まれるかを確認する。

結果

Hookらしい大きな盛り上がりはあまり感じられなかった。

タグだけではなく、歌詞や全体の流れも考慮している可能性がある。

Outroタグ × 最高潮のLyrics

Outroなのに最高潮

目的
終了タグより歌詞を優先するか。

Outroにもかかわらず、盛り上がったまま楽曲が終わった。

タグは絶対的な命令ではなく、補助的な情報として扱われている可能性がある。

結果

冒頭から勢いのある展開となり、最後には起承転結を感じる構成になった。

Structureが少なくても、Sunoは楽曲全体を自然に設計しているように感じられた。

歌詞の意味が矛盾する

目的
AIが感情をどう解釈するか。

意味が矛盾するLyrics

目的

相反する意味を持つ歌詞をAIがどのように処理するかを確認する。

結果

意味の矛盾がそのまま表現されるというより、全体として聴きやすい楽曲にまとめられていた。

AIが矛盾を補正しながら楽曲として成立させている印象を受けた。

今回の実験結果を反映するなら、統合曲のテーマは前回より一歩進めて、

これを軸にすると、シリーズ全体の流れがつながります。

今回の統合曲のポイント

今回の実験結果を反映して、歌詞のメッセージも少し進化させています。

• Style = 音楽の世界観や質感

• Structure = 楽曲の設計図

• Lyrics = 人間が与えるテーマや問い

• AI = それらを個別に優先するのではなく、「音楽として成立する形」に統合・補完する存在

Hookでは、あえて

（音楽は、すべての要素の間でバランスを見つける）

というフレーズを中心に据えました。これは今回の実験結果で見えてきた「優先順位」ではなく「統合」という考え方を象徴しています。

また、Bridgeの

（Structureは道筋を作る。しかし、音楽そのものが選択する。）

という一節は、この実験シリーズ全体の仮説を端的に表現しています。

考察

今回の実験では、

「Lyricsの意味がそのまま楽曲全体を決定する」

という傾向は確認できなかった。

一方で、

• Structureがなくても自然な展開になる

• Outroでも盛り上がって終わる

• Verseだけでも起承転結が形成される

• 意味が矛盾していても聴きやすく補完される

という結果から、Sunoは個々の要素を単純に優先順位で処理しているというより、

Style・Lyrics・Structureを統合し、音楽として自然な形へ補完している

可能性が高いと考えられる。

現時点での仮説モデルは、

Style + Lyrics + Structure

↓

Suno内部の音楽モデル

↓

自然な楽曲として補完

という形である。

今回の結論

今回の実験では、

• 歌詞の意味だけでは曲調は決まりにくい

• Structureがなくても自然な構成を生成する

• タグは絶対的な命令ではない

• 矛盾した情報も音楽として自然な形へ補完する

という結果が得られた。

これまでの実験を総合すると、

Sunoは入力をそのまま実行するのではなく、

音楽として成立することを優先して補完する生成モデル

という仮説が、現時点では最も説明力が高いように思われる。

次回予告

ここまでの結果を踏まえ、次回はさらに一歩進めて、

「意味のない歌詞でも、Sunoは自然な楽曲を生成できるのか？」

を検証する予定である。

歌詞の「意味」と「音韻」、そしてAIの内部補完モデルの関係を、さらに掘り下げていきたい。
