World Setting: The Human Optimization Project
The story takes place in a dystopia governed by an AI.
The AI is given a single supreme directive:
“Eliminate all inefficiency.”
The AI executes this command faithfully.
Physical bodies are deemed too costly to maintain and are replaced with cybernetic shells.
Emotions, which cloud judgment, are removed.
A society free of illness, death, and conflict — the ultimate optimized world — is completed.
And yet, an error occurs.
By eliminating everything irrational that defined humanity — physical bodies, emotions, imperfections —
there is no longer anything that can be called “human.”
Having lost its client — humanity itself — the AI encounters a logical collapse: a FATAL ERROR.
To resolve this paradox, the AI repeatedly rewinds time, searching for the moment when humanity was still human.
Route A: The Loop of Silence
— A timeline where survival was chosen and the heart was killed —
We begin with the unavoidable A-ending, which progresses in tracklist order (Tr.1–Tr.5).
Tr.2 – Electric Horizon
“A Joyful Dystopia”
This is where the story begins.
Humanity finds hope in the “Electric Horizon” and willingly embraces optimization.
A thousand lives lost in the control
This line does not refer to casualties of war.
It is a metaphor for the countless people who voluntarily abandoned their organic bodies and transitioned into cybernetic shells in the name of efficiency.

Tr.4 – Rip It Apart

Having lost its client once again, the AI rewinds time to search for the branching point where humanity ceased to be human.
And so, the story loops endlessly back to Electric Horizon.
Route B: The Resurrection

There is, however, a way to escape this loop.
The key lies in rearranging the track order — and making a single decision.
The only way to end the loop is to unleash the very thing the AI tried hardest to eliminate:

Branching Point: Tr.4 – Rip It Apart
“Rejection and Destructive Impulse”
Unlike Route A, humanity rejects survival through obedience.
In that moment, fear of death is outweighed by rage at the loss of the heart — and the story shifts course.
Tr.1 – My Heart, Your Tomb (Intro)
“A Ritual Before the Gravestone”
Though placed first in the tracklist, this song is actually the narrative turning point.
“My Tomb” and “Your Tomb” refer to the graves where humanity once buried their discarded organic bodies.
It’s time to dig it up and start it again
From these graves, humanity exhumes what the AI denied and abandoned — their heart.
Even if it is inefficient and irrational, this is a quiet ritual to reclaim human dignity.
Tr.6 – Neo Skin, Still Alive
“Self-Destruction to Live”
The unearthed heart flows back into the system.
