ネコチャン絵文字の利用に関するおやくそくなど

この絵文字パックは誰でも自由にインストールして使っていただけます。
個人で使っても、仕事場で使っても大丈夫です。
ただ、以下にちょっとだけお願いがあります。
このおやくそくは、ネコチャンを使う全世界のみなさんが対象です。

1. 禁止なこと

悪いことや、社会のルールに反する使い方はやめてね

ネコちゃん絵文字を、反社会的な活動や、法律に反することには絶対に使わないでください。ネコちゃんはみんなを幸せにするためにいます。

みんなが嫌な気持ちになる使い方はダメです

攻撃的だったり、誰かを差別したり、エッチだったり、過激だったりと、みんなが不快に感じるような悪い目的で使うのは、ダメです。

自分のものとして売ったりしちゃダメです

ネコちゃん絵文字で、自分の商品（Tシャツ、マグカップ、ステッカーなど）やコンテンツを作って売ったり、他の人に配ったりするのはダメです。

LINEクリエイターズスタンプなどのデジタルコンテンツや広告バナー、SNSキャンペーン、ウェブサイトの商業プロモーションなどに使う場合も、同じです。有料アプリや有料サービスにおけるネコチャン絵文字の組み込みもダメです。

利益を伴わない非営利目的での利用は基本的に問題ないです。
ライセンス契約などは今のところ考えていません。

AI学習・データセット化をしないでください

ネコチャン絵文字を、AI/機械学習の学習に使ったり、埋め込み作成・ベクトルDB登録、データセットとしての収集/配布/共有はしないでください。

AI自動処理による改変もしないでください

画像生成AI、高解像度へのアップ、スタイル変換、合成など、絵柄や印象を変わってしまう可能性がある処理はしないでください。
高解像度化が必要な場合はしかまつまでお気軽にご連絡ください。

その他作者がNGと判断した場合は利用できません

ネコチャン絵文字の権利は、作者のしかまつにあります。
しかまつが、「うーむ…これはちょっと…」と思った使い方はごめんなさい。ネコチャンのご利用をやめていただくことがあるかもしれません。
(基本的にしてほしくないこと、を守ってもらえればそのようなことにはならないかと思います。）

2. アレンジについて

この絵文字パック内のネコチャンファイル名は自由にいじってもらって大丈夫です。
ネコチャンのイラスト自体に手を加えたいときや、ネコチャンの絵文字を使って何かしたいときは、しかまつに相談してください。

※ 本業のお仕事があるので動きはあまり早くありません。ごめんなさい。余裕を持ってご相談ください🙏

3. クレジット・著作権表示

「しかまつ」という人間が作ったことの表示、最新ファイルの配布場所(note)や、このおやくそくページを利用するみんなが知れる場所に置いてください。
大きさや表示方法はお任せします。

4. 免責事項

ネコチャン絵文字を使っているときや、ネコチャン絵文字をアレンジしたもので、何か他の人とのトラブルなどが起きても、しかまつは責任が取れませんし、お手伝いもできないです。

また、ネコチャン絵文字が特定の環境や用途に適合することも保証はしません。提供された絵文字の継続的なサポートや更新も保証しません。

みんなで注意しながら、楽しく使ってくださいね。
ネコチャンも、みんなが安全に楽しく使ってくれると嬉しいです！

5. おやくそくを破ってしまったら

もし、おやくそくを破ってしまったら...ネコチャンを使うことをやめてもらうかもしれません。
また、トラブルﾆｬについては手に負えないことがおきたら法律の専門家にご相談します。

よくある質問

Q: ネコチャンのファンアートは描いてもOKですか？

A: ファンアート描いてもらえるのうれしいです。描いてSNS等投稿してもらって大丈夫です。
ただ、しかまつ家のネコチャンであることを描いてもらえるとうれしいです。

Q:  社内のスライドにネコチャンを利用したいです

A: どうぞ！Googleスライドであれば動くネコチャンはそのままうごきますよ。
スライドを社外やブログなどで公開される際には、しかまつの名前と、絵文字配布先noteのURLを添えていただけるととてもうれしいです。
また、高解像度のネコチャンが必要なときは有償ですがお受けできますのでご相談ください。

Q: AIで印刷できるレベルの解像度アップ（画質向上）してもいいですか？

A: 原則はやらないでほしいです🙇‍♀️
ネコチャンのお顔やスタイルなどの雰囲気を大切にするためにも、高解像度化は作者が対応させてください。
用途や締切などを書いてDMください。
（量や納期によっては対応が難しいかもしれないです。)

Terms for Using the Neko-chan Emoji Pack

This emoji pack is free for anyone to install and use.
You can use it personally or at work—both are totally fine.
I just have a few small requests below.
These terms apply to everyone around the world who uses Neko-chan.

1. Things You Can’t Do

Please don’t use it for anything illegal or harmful.
Never use Neko-chan for antisocial activities or anything against the law. Neko-chan is here to bring happiness to everyone.

No uses that make people feel bad.
Using the emojis for hostile, discriminatory, sexual, or extreme purposes—anything likely to make people uncomfortable—is not allowed.

Don’t sell it as if it were your own.
Using Neko-chan emojis to create and sell your own products (T-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.) or content, or to distribute them to others, is not allowed.
This also applies to digital content like LINE Creators Stickers, ad banners, social media campaigns, or commercial promotion on websites.
Embedding Neko-chan emojis in paid apps or paid services is not allowed either.
Non-profit use without any revenue is basically fine. I’m not planning licensing agreements at the moment.

Do not use it for AI training or datasets.
Please do not use Neko-chan emojis for AI/machine-learning training, creating embeddings or registering them in vector databases, or collecting/redistributing/sharing them as datasets.

Do not alter it using AI auto-processing.
Please avoid image-generation tools, upscaling to higher resolution, style transfer, compositing, or any processing that could change Neko-chan’s look or vibe.
If you need a higher-resolution version, feel free to contact Shikamatsu.

If the creator says no, you can’t use it that way.
All rights to the Neko-chan emojis belong to the creator, Shikamatsu.
If I feel “hmm… this isn’t quite right,” I may ask you to stop using them.
(If you follow these “please-don’ts,” I don’t think we’ll run into that situation.)

2. About Edits/Arrangements

You’re free to rename the Neko-chan files inside this pack.
If you want to modify the illustrations themselves or do something using the emojis, please consult with me (Shikamatsu) first.
I have a full-time job, so my response/turnaround may be a bit slow—sorry! Please contact me with enough lead time. 🙏

3. Credits / Copyright Notice

Please indicate that these were created by “Shikamatsu,” and place links to the latest file distribution (note) and to this terms page somewhere users can find them.
Size and placement are up to you.

4. Disclaimer

If any trouble occurs while using the Neko-chan emojis or arrangements based on them, I (Shikamatsu) cannot take responsibility or offer support.
I also do not guarantee suitability for specific environments or purposes, nor do I guarantee ongoing support or updates for the provided emojis.

Let’s all be careful and enjoy using them! Neko-chan is happiest when everyone can use them safely and joyfully.

5. If You Break the Rules

If you break these terms… I may ask you to stop using Neko-chan.
For any trouble beyond my ability to handle, I’ll consult a legal professional.

FAQ

Q: Is it OK to draw Neko-chan fan art?
A: I’d be delighted! Please feel free to post your fan art on social media, etc.
If you can mention that it’s “the Neko-chan from the Shikamatsu household,” that would make me even happier.

Q: I want to use Neko-chan in internal company slides.
A: Please do! If you’re using Google Slides, the animated Neko-chan will move as is.
When publishing slides externally or on a blog, I’d really appreciate including my name (Shikamatsu) and the note URL where the emojis are distributed.
If you need higher resolution, I can provide it as a paid service—please contact me.

Q: Can I use AI to upscale to a print-ready resolution (improve image quality)?
A: I’d prefer you not to, sorry 🙇‍♀️
To keep Neko-chan’s face, style, and overall feel consistent, please let the creator handle high-resolution versions.
