この冬の暖かメニュー
今回は日本の古民家酒場で旅飯
とある日本の村の古民家
田んぼが一面の風景の古民家へ
小さな集落に佇むひっそりとした酒場
インターネットにも、SNSにも乗らない不思議な酒場
酒場というより、完全に個人宅。
酒のあてを作るのが好きな家主
その日の酒を考え仕入れ、酒に合うあてを創作してくれる。
この日は餃子に、にんじんのチーズ焼き、ペンネパスタ
酒は、ご当地クラフトビール、日本酒、焼酎
その日の気分。
古民家の特性を活かした間仕切り全開放空間の使い方はなんとプロジェクターでの映画鑑賞会、お気に入りの映画を少し大きめの音でかけてくれる。
そんな田舎の特性を活かしたなんともゴージャスな時間♪
お風呂、や、宿としても開放してくれる
そんな田舎の酒場？憩いの場？
なんともありがたい不思議な空間でした♪

忙しくするのも人気になるのも苦手とのことです。

確かに、知らないところで有名になっちゃうのもキャパシティー超えちゃうから考えものですね。
受け入れられる場所は良いんでしょうけどね。
そういう場所や、人だけじゃないのがありますからね♪

This time, we're dining at a traditional Japanese bar.
An old house in a Japanese village.
A traditional house surrounded by rice fields.
A quiet bar tucked away in a small community.
A mysterious bar that's not found on the internet or social media.
More than a bar, it's a completely private home.
The owner loves to make snacks to go with his drinks.
He carefully considers the sake of the day and sources it, creating a perfect pairing.
On this day, we had gyoza, baked carrots with cheese, and penne pasta.
The drinks were local craft beer, sake, and shochu.
Depending on my mood that day,
Taking advantage of the unique features of the traditional house, we even used the fully open partitioned space for a movie night on a projector, playing our favorite movies at a slightly louder volume.
It was a truly luxurious experience, taking advantage of the countryside's charms.
The bar is open to the public as a bath and even as a lodging.
A rural bar? A place to relax?
It was a truly wonderful and mysterious space.

The name and location are both private.
He says he doesn't like being busy or popular.
I like this simple vibe.
It's true, becoming famous without anyone knowing about it can overwhelm your capacity, so it's something to think about.
It's probably good to have a place that's accepting, though.
There are places like that, and places that aren't just for people.
