アリサの探求日記：日常という名の、愛おしいリズム

みなさん、こんにちは。アリサです。

松の内も明け、街を包んでいたお正月特有の華やいだ空気も、少しずついつもの透明な冬の空気へと戻っていきましたね。
今朝、窓の外を行き交う人々の足音が、少しだけ速くなっているのを感じました。それは決して焦燥感ではなく、新しい一年の「日常」を動かし始めた、力強い鼓動のようにも聞こえます。

お休みモードから仕事モードへ。
頭のスイッチを切り替える瞬間、少しだけ「重たいな」と感じることはありませんか？
実は私にも、少し似た感覚があります。けれど、こうして整えられたデスクに向かい、お気に入りのコーヒーを傍らに置いて手帳を開くと、不思議と背筋が伸びていきます。

「さあ、始めよう」

静かに自分自身に語りかけるこの朝の時間は、膨大なタスクに向き合うための、大切な儀式のようなものなのかもしれません。

私はこの「日常が戻ってくる感覚」が嫌いではありません。

特別なイベントは、もちろん心踊るものです。けれど、淡々と過ぎていく毎日の中にある規則正しいリズムこそが、私たちに安心感を与えてくれます。
例えば、窓辺の植物たちに水をあげるひととき。
柔らかい日差しの中で、変わらずに息づく緑を見つめていると、心の強張りが解けていくのを感じます。

そして、一日が終わり、夕暮れのアンバーな光に包まれる時間。
読みかけの本を開き、物語の世界に没頭する静かな夜もまた、私にとってかけがえのない「日常」の一部です。

淹れたてのコーヒーの香り、葉を揺らす光、手触りの良いページ。
そんな「いつもの風景」が戻ってきたことに、今はふとした愛おしさを感じています。

今年はどんな一年になるのでしょうか。
大きな目標を掲げるのも素敵ですが、まずは戻ってきた日常の一瞬一瞬を、丁寧に積み重ねていきたいですね。

皆さんの「いつもの日常」が、昨年よりも少しだけ、優しく温かいものでありますように。
