若手の経営者・クリエイター・フリーランス・芸術家へ
若い経営者、クリエイター、フリーランス、芸術家のみなさんへ。
いま、AIやDXという言葉があふれています。
効率化、自動化、データ分析、生成AI、業務改善。
どれも大切です。
でも、私は少し違う角度から考えています。
AIは、人を置き換えるためだけの道具なのでしょうか。
DXは、現場を軽く見るための仕組みなのでしょうか。
私は、そうではないと思います。
むしろAIやデータは、これまで言葉にならなかった現場の知恵を記録し、整理し、次の世代へ渡すために使えるはずです。
地域には、たくさんの「見えにくい知恵」があります。
福祉の現場で、人の小さな変化に気づく力。
農業や林業で、土や木や水の状態を読む経験。
土木や技能職の現場で、危険を察知する感覚。
病院や福祉施設で、人の生活の不安に向き合う言葉。
中高年の働く人たちが、長い時間をかけて身につけてきた判断。
それらは、すぐには数字になりません。
マニュアルにも書ききれません。
でも、地域を支えているのは、まさにそういう知恵です。
若い世代が新しい技術を使うことは、とても大切です。
けれども、新しい技術だけで世界を作れるわけではありません。
過去の経験。
現場の身体感覚。
地域の人間関係。
失敗から学んだ知恵。
中高年の悩みの中にある、深い経験。
それらとAIをつなぐことが、これからの仕事になるのではないでしょうか。
私は、若い人たちに、単に「地域活動を手伝ってほしい」と言いたいのではありません。
むしろ、みなさんの仕事や表現の中に、地域の現場知を取り込んでほしいと思っています。
デザインで、見えない課題を見える形にする。
文章で、声にならない不安を言葉にする。
映像で、地域の仕事の美しさを伝える。
データで、福祉や医療や労働の現実を示す。
AIで、現場の経験を整理し、次の学びに変える。
経営も、創作も、フリーランスの仕事も、芸術も、地域から離れたものではありません。
働く人の生活が壊れれば、地域の福祉も弱くなります。
福祉が弱くなれば、家族や職場に負担が戻ります。
医療が遠くなれば、生活の不安が増えます。
農業、林業、土木の現場が弱れば、地域の土台そのものが揺らぎます。
だからこそ、若い経営者やクリエイターには、地域を「市場」としてだけでなく、「生きている場」として見てほしいのです。
AI時代に必要なのは、冷たい効率化だけではありません。
人の経験を守る技術。
現場の声を聴く感性。
制度と生活をつなぐ想像力。
若手と中高年をつなぐ対話。
そして、地域の傷を見つめる勇気です。
私自身も、まだ迷いながら進んでいます。
ただ一つ、はっきりしていることがあります。
これからの地域には、橋を架ける人が必要です。
現場と制度のあいだに。
若手と中高年のあいだに。
福祉と労働のあいだに。
医療と地域のあいだに。
過去の経験と未来の技術のあいだに。
若い経営者、クリエイター、フリーランス、芸術家のみなさん。
あなたの仕事も、その橋の一部になれると思います。

How Can We Protect Field Wisdom in the Age of AI?

To young entrepreneurs, creators, freelancers, and artists.
Today, we hear the words AI and digital transformation everywhere.
Efficiency, automation, data analysis, generative AI, workflow improvement.
All of these are important.
But I would like to think about them from a slightly different angle.
Is AI only a tool for replacing people?
Is digital transformation only a system for reducing the value of fieldwork?
I do not think so.
AI and data can also be used to record, organize, and pass on the wisdom of people working in the field.
Local communities are full of wisdom that is difficult to see.
The ability of welfare workers to notice small changes in a person.
The experience of farmers and forestry workers who read soil, trees, and water.
The intuition of skilled workers and civil engineers who sense danger before it becomes visible.
The words of medical and welfare workers who face people’s anxieties in daily life.
The judgment that middle-aged and older workers have developed over many years.
These things do not easily become numbers.
They cannot be fully written into manuals.
Yet they are exactly what supports our communities.
It is very important for younger generations to use new technology.
But technology alone cannot build the future.
Past experience.
Physical knowledge from the field.
Local relationships.
Wisdom learned from failure.
Deep experience hidden within the worries of middle-aged and older people.
Connecting these things with AI may become one of the most important tasks of our time.
I do not simply want to ask young people to help with local activities.
Rather, I hope you will bring local field wisdom into your own work and expression.
Design can make invisible issues visible.
Writing can give words to silent anxieties.
Film can show the beauty of local work.
Data can reveal the reality of welfare, healthcare, and labor.
AI can organize field experience and turn it into shared learning.
Business, creation, freelance work, and art are not separate from local communities.
When workers’ lives become unstable, local welfare becomes weaker.
When welfare becomes weaker, the burden returns to families and workplaces.
When healthcare becomes distant, anxiety in daily life increases.
When agriculture, forestry, and civil engineering decline, the foundation of the community begins to shake.
That is why I hope young entrepreneurs and creators will see local communities not only as markets, but as living places.
What we need in the age of AI is not only cold efficiency.
We need technology that protects human experience.
We need sensitivity to listen to voices from the field.
We need imagination to connect systems and daily life.
We need dialogue between younger and older generations.
And we need the courage to face the wounds of our communities.
I am still moving forward while struggling with many questions.
But one thing is clear to me.
The future needs bridge-builders.
Between the field and the system.
Between younger and older generations.
Between welfare and labor.
Between healthcare and the community.
Between past experience and future technology.
To young entrepreneurs, creators, freelancers, and artists:
your work can become part of that bridge.

技能岗位和土木现场中，在危险变得明显之前就察觉到的直觉。
医疗和福利现场中，面对人们生活不安时所使用的语言。
中高年劳动者经过多年工作积累下来的判断力。
这些东西很难立刻变成数字。
也无法完全写进手册。
但是，真正支撑地方社会的，正是这些智慧。
年轻一代使用新技术非常重要。
可是，仅仅依靠新技术，并不能创造未来。
过去的经验。
现场的身体感。
地方的人际关系。
从失败中学到的智慧。
隐藏在中高年烦恼之中的深层经验。
把这些经验与人工智能连接起来，或许正是今后重要的工作。
我并不是单纯想对年轻人说：“请来帮助地方活动。”
我更希望你们能够把地方的现场智慧，带进自己的工作和表达之中。
设计，可以让看不见的问题变得可见。
写作，可以把说不出口的不安变成语言。
影像，可以传达地方工作的美。
数据，可以显示福利、医疗和劳动的现实。
人工智能，可以整理现场经验，并把它变成共同学习的资源。
经营、创作、自由职业和艺术，并不是与地方社会无关的事情。
劳动者的生活一旦不稳定，地方福利就会变弱。
福利变弱，负担就会回到家庭和职场。
医疗变得遥远，日常生活的不安就会增加。
农业、林业和土木现场一旦衰弱，地方社会的根基也会动摇。
因此，我希望年轻的经营者和创作者，不只是把地方看作市场，而是把地方看作一个活生生的场所。
人工智能时代需要的，不只是冷冰冰的效率化。
我们需要守护人的经验的技术。
需要倾听现场声音的感性。
需要连接制度与生活的想象力。
需要年轻一代与中高年之间的对话。
