はじめに

AI生成で「視線を操る」技術。脱・量産型構図。7つのメソッド

AIで画像を生成すると、どうしても「ただ整っているだけの退屈な画像」になりがちだ。AIは学習データの平均値を出力するため、放っておけば安定した「日の丸構図」や「バストアップ」ばかりを提案してくる。

それを打破し、見る者の視線を強制的に、あるいはエレガントに誘導するためには、明確な意思を持ってAIに指示を出さなければならない。

ここに並べるのは、ただの美人画ではない。空間、光、レンズ効果、そして物理法則すらも味方につけた「視線誘導」の教科書である。

ここまで解説した「視線誘導」のロジックは、Stable DiffusionだろうとFluxだろうと、すべての画像生成AIに通用する普遍的な法則だ。

頭では理解できても、それを実際のプロンプトとして言語化し、意図通りに再現するには、膨大な検証時間が必要になる。 多くの人は、ここで挫折し、また運任せの生成（ガチャ）に戻ってしまう。

ここから先は、その試行錯誤の時間をすべてショートカットするための「実装コード」だ。 私が検証を重ね、空間、光、物理法則を制御するために導き出した「7つの実行プロンプト（Midjourney v7準拠）」を公開する。

他ツールを使用している者にとっても、このプロンプトに含まれる「単語の選び方」「構図指定の英語表現」「レンズの数値」は、そのまま移植可能な極めて質の高い学習データとなるはずだ。

プロンプトの細部に込められた「視線の魔術」を解読し、AI生成のステージを一段上げたい方のみ、この先へ進んでほしい。

それでは、視線を支配する旅に出よう。

1. 放射線状の視線誘導：消失点への旅

長いトンネルの先にある光と、そこへ向かうシルエット。 これは視線誘導の基本にして最強の形である「一点透視図法」を強制するメソッドだ。

画面の四隅から伸びる線が、すべて画面奥の「消失点（Vanishing Point）」に向かって収束する。そこに被写体を置くことで、見る人の目は迷うことなく彼女へと吸い寄せられる。

ポイントはsilhouetteとgod raysの組み合わせだ。被写体のディテールをあえて潰し、光の筋（ゴッドレイ）を視覚的な「矢印」として使うことで、物語性を劇的に高めている。24mmの広角レンズ指定が、トンネルの奥行きを強調する。

2. フレーム・イン・フレーム：螺旋のボイド

巨大な螺旋階段の吹き抜けを利用した、垂直方向の視線誘導。 ここでは「円」と「深さ」を利用する。

high angle top-down（真上からの俯瞰）を指定することで、螺旋階段の形状が幾何学的な模様となり、視線は自然と渦を巻いて中心の「底」へと落ちていく。その着地点にモデルを配置する。

wide negative space in the center（中心の広い余白）という指定が重要だ。これにより、モデルの周囲に意図的な「空虚」が生まれ、ポツンと立つ彼女の存在感が際立つ。建築的な美しさと、取り残されたような孤独感を同時に表現できる高度な構図だ。

3. 重力の消失：瞳への収束

吹き荒れる嵐、舞い散る破片。 静止画の中に「動きのベクトル」を作り出し、それをすべてモデルの「瞳」へとぶつける動的な視線誘導だ。

単に立っているだけでは弱い。eye of a storm（嵐の目）に配置し、debris creates strong leading lines（破片が強力な導線を作る）と指示することで、舞い散るガラスや羽根がランダムではなく「彼女に向かって」動いているように描写される。

カオスな状況の中で、彼女だけがperfectly still（完全に静止）している対比が、見る者の視線を彼女の瞳に釘付けにする。

4. 光の檻：垂直のコントラスト

巨大な廃墟の隙間から落ちる「一筋の暴力的な光」。 画面の9割を闇に沈め、残りの1割の光に視線を閉じ込めるライティングの魔術だ。

Chiaroscuro（明暗対比）を効かせることで、肌の質感や髪の輝きが極限まで強調される。背景を描き込まないことで、逆に被写体の存在感を最大化する引き算の美学だ。

5. 虚無の支配者：色彩のアンカー

モデルを画面左下の隅ギリギリまで追い込み、残りの空間を圧倒的な「虚無」で埋める。 AIが最も苦手とし、かつプロの写真家が好む「ネガティブスペース（余白）」の活用だ。

通常、AIは被写体を大きく描こうとする。あえてextreme wide-angle（超広角14mm）を指定し、positioned at the extreme bottom-left corner（極端な左下配置）と位置を固定する。

広大な空間（大理石のホールなど）を空虚に描くことで、画面の隅にいる彼女が、逆に空間全体を支配しているような緊張感が生まれる。視線は広い余白を彷徨った後、必ず唯一の「色彩」である彼女の元へ帰ってくる。

6. 深淵への収束：重力の落下

モデルを画面の下半分に沈め、上部から降り注ぐ要素が彼女の瞳へと「落下」していく。 画面構成そのものに重力を与えるアプローチだ。

視線は重力に従い、上から下へと落ちる性質がある。positioned in the lower third（下3分の1に配置）することで、上部の空間を「落下のための助走区間」として使う。

7. 飛翔のフレーム

前ボケの鳥と、複雑な模様が風に舞うドレスの動きを強調した構図。 これは「レイヤー（層）」を意識した視線誘導だ。

手前にextreme foreground, several large birds（極端な前景に鳥）を配置し、あえてheavy motion blur（強い被写界深度ボケ）を加える。これにより、「手前のボケ（鳥）→中景（モデル）→背景（廃墟）」という強力な奥行きが生まれる。

鳥の動きとドレスのたなびきがカオスなエネルギーを生み出すが、それらが彼女を「額縁（フレーム）」のように囲むことで、視線は自然と中心の静けさ（彼女の表情）へと誘導される。

8. 物理的構造のアンカー

背景にある手すりや壁などの「硬い直線」を環境のパースと身体を物理的に連結させる高度な誘導法です。

手すりからのダイレクト・ライン: 画面の隅（コーナー）から伸びる手すりのラインが、モデルの「顔」に直接繋がるように配置します。
