[World-Famous Ramen Spot] Menya Musashi’s Divine Experience with a Hearty Chunk of Kakuni & Free Large Portions! 🍜

Good evening, this is Yujiro! Recently, I visited Menya Musashi (Shinjuku Main Store) with some colleagues from work. Shinjuku is a fierce battleground for ramen shops, but this place is definitely a must-visit. This time, we went in the evening — and to my surprise... 🌍 the number of foreign visitors was pretty high! I thought, “So it’s finally known worldwide...” (laughs)
The line was inside the shop, thankfully not stretching outside. Waiting times were roughly:
• If you don’t line up outside, seating & ordering is available within 5-10 minutes!

🍖 Menya Musashi is famous for its kakuni (braised pork belly)! The large chunk on top really makes an impact. It’s tender, juicy, and packed with flavor! Unlike typical chashu, kakuni has that special appeal.

🍜 The noodles are super smooth and tasty on their own! Of course, they’re delicious dipped in the soup, but honestly, the noodles alone are satisfying quality-wise — isn’t that amazing?

🉐 Bonus: They offer free large portions up to 1 kilogram! That’s a generous treat in the ramen world. Just make sure to check with your stomach though! (laughs)

🪑 Summary: This bowl is totally worth waiting for
• Every element—noodles, soup, kakuni—is a star on its own
• The line means it’s good, but you’ll get your bowl pretty quickly
• Many foreign tourists, but turnover is efficient
