Before anything else, please read through all of it and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask before ordering.This Terms of Service are an important way to protect both the client and the artist.✦
✦ RULES ✦
• Not reading the Terms Of Service doesn’t excuse not adhering to them.• Any fault in adhering to the Terms of Service will result in a permanent block.• Usage of my art for NFTs or AI purposes is strictly prohibited.• I reserve the right to reject an commission in the case I feel it can't be done or I find it personally uncomfortable.• The end product will have my signature.• Any fault in adhering to the Terms of Service will result in a permanent block.✦The estimated time of completion for your commission will vary depending of the style and complexity of the request, as well as the position in the queue, according to the order the slots were filled in.
It can vary from 1 week to a month.The status of the commission will be updated in my Trello, and I can let you know through a message if you so desire.

All of the artistic work copyrights belong to me.
Proper credit is necessary when using or reposting your commission.• If you already ordered the commission, you can change the character if I didn’t start it yet.• The commissioner must send a clear reference of the character(s).
Additional art of said character(s) is appreciated, but not mandatory.• You may not not claim my work as yours, sell it or edit it.
Breaking this rule results on you permanently blocked.• I reserve the right to post all my art on my social media and portfolios.
If you do not wish for your commission to be posted (i.e: birthday gift, etc) please discuss it with me.• The finished commission files will be send to you.
✦ PAYMENT CONDITIONS ✦
Payment must be done upfront. Payment platform: PayPal Only
Commissions will be started when the full payment is given. I will not start working on your commission until I have received full payment.
First contact will be to discuss the reach and details of the desired commission. Upon discussing your commission, I will prepare an invoice so the payment can be completed.
Full payment is due within 48 hours, unless discussed otherwise with me before hand. If the payment is not sent without a given reason, slot will be given to another client.
I won’t do refunds unless I’m not able to fulfill your commission.
If you charge back a payment you will be blocked permanently.
Payment plans can be discussed and might be arranged if you're a trusted customer, but the commission won’t be started until the last payment has been received.
I reserve the right to modify my T.O.S. at any time I consider adequate and without notice, so please make sure to read them before you order.
