As many others have said, this is a great dog water bowl. It provides a lot of water, keeps the water clean and fresh, and is easy to clean and replace the filters. I'm not going to rehash any of that. I'm going to talk about running this waterer on battery power.

I almost bought this fountain about a year ago. The only thing that stopped me was that our 'dog station' sits in an area with no AC outlets, and running an extension cord to power a waterer would be *really* ugly. So, I bought a battery-powered unit with a sensor to trigger the pump when the dog approaches. It worked great for about 8-9 months. Then, the sensor that detects the dog standing at the fountain stopped working. I eventually figured out that it would usually work if the battery was charged to > 50%. I replaced the pump/sensor assembly, but the new one was even *worse* than the first one: it stopped working after two weeks, and would only trigger water flow if the battery was at least 75% charged. If I have to keep the battery at 75% or higher, it would need charging every day or two!

Fully discouraged with battery-powered waterers, I bought this product and tried with using a battery pack to run it. (The pump has a USB-A connector on the end, so it's easy to try this.) Since the second sensor fountain required charging the battery every day or two, could things be worse?

They give me roughly 4d 14h of power each before shutting down; the math shows that the fountain's pump takes ~235mA to run. I swap them out every 4 days to keep the packs from going to zero, and I can live with that. Continuous running keeps the water cleaner than the sensor-triggered approach, too.

The item works really well. My dogs and cats both love it. It's generally very quiet, only gets loud when the water is low).

Some parts are a bit tricky to remove for cleaning, but overall it's fairly easy to clean. Filters last a good amount of time with regular cleaning.

I clean the bowl and filters once a week. It has a very large capacity and it usually lasts all week (I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, they have two water bowls total).

When one of the parts that holds the filter in place needed replaced, we contacted customer support. While they didn't have individual parts to give us, they sent us a whole new water fountain as replacement since we were still under warranty (Sue was very helpful, thank you again!). Great customer service!

This fountain works great and is easy to clean. However, the filters are visible through the lid of the bowl. One of my cats had the sponge filter out and shredded in under a minute. Then he came back to play in the filter hole, splashing water everywhere. The way it’s designed, the water return resembles the swirling action of a tub or sink drain which is an invitation for a cat to play. Unfortunately, I had to return this fountain.

*UPDATE* I am changing my review to 5 stars. First, I ended up keeping the fountain instead of doing a return (I just don’t use the round sponge filter and the little troublemaker that prompted my previous review finally chilled out about playing in the water by the end of the day.) because it overall is a great, easy to clean and use fountain. I have three cats who use it and it’s been good for three weeks between cleanings with a refill about halfway through. At cleaning time, all of the components just need an easy wash as there is very, very little to no grime build up on the internal parts. I change the filters at every cleaning which is a very reasonable timeframe.

The second reason I am changing to 5 stars is that the piece that holds the plug-in cord broke off and I could not adequately repair it myself. I contacted customer support, explained the problem, sent a couple pics they requested and since they didn’t have replacements for just that part, they sent a whole new fountain as a replacement. All of this transpired within a week’s time. I appreciate the excellent customer support and how quickly the issue was resolved.

I definitely recommend Oneisall for your pet needs as they do have quality products that they stand behind.

I’ve owned the water bowl for about a week now. It was very easy to put together even without looking at the instructions but, I’m glad I did, there is a way they recommend putting the filter in.

I used to use two bowls of standing water and would have to empty and wipe them out 2 to 3 times a day. There would always be a lot of biofilm and debris in the water.

The Oneisall water bowl is extremely quiet and has done a great job keeping the water clean. Because my dogs are larger, and drink a lot of water, I tend to fill it every couple days. I do dump out the water that is left in it, and it is much cleaner than what used to be in the bowls. I also like that the water pump will shut off when the water level is too low so it does not burn out.

The unit itself is very easy to clean and very durable being stainless steel. With two big dogs, I have found that I’ll probably have to replace the filters more often.

I would probably truly rated at 4.5 stars. I do wish the pump were just a little bit more powerful to put a little bit more of a flow and I wish the top pan that they drink out of was a little bit deep deeper.

However, overall it works extremely well, and I’m very pleased with it. I feel like it’s built very well and hopefully will last a long time.

I love this, the dog loves this, the two cats love this, my grandson loves this!!

I’m buying my second one after one year. The pump on the first one finally gave out. To be honest, it was probably due to our own neglect. But the price is cheap so I don’t mind paying it.

Super easy to use and clean, great design! I love the stainless steel bowl and fountain! I’ve never seen a leak, unless the cat pulls the top off. 🤦‍♀️ he’s awful!! 😂

Great product and great service! Our Golden Retriever, Henry, has enjoyed his Oneisall filtered water bowl for about a year. It keeps his water fresh and he enjoys drinking from a running water source. It’s also extremely quiet! Unfortunately, our bowl sprang a small leak at the water window. I contacted Oneisall and Sue was great! They quickly sent a brand new replacement. It was so quick and easy. I definitely recommend this company for their great product and stellar customer service!

So simple and not plastic! The sound of the fountain is soothing and both dogs and 1 cat love it. It's been going 2 weeks and it is NOT gunky and gross. One of our dogs is a Newfypoo--she used to dip her whole face in the water. Now the drink area is too shallow for face dunking yet she still gets a drink without mess. Yeah. I can not recommend this enough. We had a plastic version and it was totally disgusting. The filtration was not adequate and so it got gunky and clogged despite holding 2 gallons. This is perfect and easy to fill from the top. Bravo!

Works great for my 2 large Girls. Quiet/nice low fountain sound. East to clean and filters wash out nice. Have uses for 6 months and fountain has just quit pumping. Do not see a replacement.

So far so good! Easy set up, quiet and functions perfectly. My dog took to it right away, loves it. Filter change every maybe 1-2 months. Nice to know he's already happier and healthier with this.

Bought mine in March of 2025, it runs almost 24/7 without any issues, the water is visibly cleaner and most importantly my 80 pound goober of a dog is no longer flooding the floors when he drinks water since the dish is relatively shallow. The filters are great, I tend to wash and change the sponges once a week whenever I remember since the top one is particularly prone to collecting hair. You can see the water level and the sound of the water flowing through the pump is audible when the water level is low (which is the only time I hear it, the rest of the time I can only hear the water flowing). The stainless steel is easy to clean and has held up really well. I use the "burble" which essentially means that I don't use the metal J shaped straw.

If I had one complaint it would be that the pump itself can be a little difficult to get clean, I tend to take it apart, scrub it, and run for about an hour in vinegar. I've debated ordering a replacement pump just so that I can alternate when one is being cleaned.

I recently upgraded to this bigger pet fountain for my pets. I own two cats and a dog. It was working great until it was time for a cleaning and filter change. Unfortunately the clips holding the filter box to the dish broke. I spoke with Sue from the Oneisall support team via email and as the product was still under warranty they sent me a full replacement. Not only did I receive a full replacement but I received it just as fast, if not faster than I received the original from Amazon! Sue was phenomenal to deal with and helped me right away! I have had the new one set up for about a week I believe, no issues at all. I inspected the quality, especially the clips to make sure they weren’t brittle or broken and all was in perfect order. My pets are happy and use it constantly. It’s also so much more quiet than previous fountains I have used and because it’s bigger I don’t need to refill as often!

Très silencieuse 4 car pour avoir plusieurs animaux par expérience devrait être un peu plus profonde question d'un chien et pour le jet devrait être directionnel cela serait un grand aide pour les chats car trop éloigné pet situé ou il es pas asser haut. Lorsque le chien boit enevitablement dégât de l'eau un peu partout au pourtour. Si la Cie pouvait prendre en considération nos commentaires cela pourrait corriger certains de ces défauts
