Not sure how the sessionstore group feels about reviewing and/or owning toolkit/components/btree/. https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/mots/index.html#core-sqlite-and-embedded-database-bindings seems like the closest fit; should @mak or another storage peer review this?
