Death penalty

I want to start a discussion in regards to the death penalty. I want to
know why some people are for it and yet against abortion? And why some
people are not for the death penalty? Just throw out ideas and let me know
HOW and WHY you have chosen to be for or against the death penalty.
Also, I found this out and thought that it may interest some of you out
there. If in fact Texas was its own country then it would be placed 4th
world wide for giving the death penalties.
