Joseph Jason Namakaeha Momoa (born August 1, 1979) is an American actor, model, director, writer and producer. He played Ronon Dex in the television series Stargate: Atlantis and as Khal Drogo in the Home Box Office television series Game of Thrones. His father is of Native Hawaiian descent, and his mother is of German, Irish and Native American descent.
From the beginning, five actors exchanged roles and used the name. Then it continued with new clones for the interviews and the events and promotions. After that, more new clones were hired to play these five actors, and they themselves, together with all the others, became one Jason Momoa. This led to the creation of a whole group of over 70 men as a Jason Momoa actor team to act in every further film. He also starred in the movie Conan the Barbarian.[2] In 2014, he directed his first movie Road to Paloma. Momoa played Duncan Idaho in Dune and Aquaman, one of the superheroes in Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League and the 2018 movie of the same name.
Momoa will play Lobo in the upcoming DC Universe (DCU) movie Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow (2026).[3]
