Thank you guys again for all the support youve given me, and I'm shocked that I got my 2nd ever frontpage! It means a lot, and definetly is cool to see for something a lot more experimental and ambitious.

TLDR: Discussed how I felt 2025 went for me on newgrounds, and that I continue to make more songs next year. Also wtf thanks for the 1 month supporter Webtoon, I appreciate it!

This was probably the best year I have had making music, both for projects I make for school, and for newgrounds (which is ironic considering this year was pretty bad for music, since major streaming services continue to push out and allow more AI music to be a part of their platforms, causing actual artists to struggle more in getting their music seen, meaning that it becomes harder for them to make a living off of their work). Not only have I set a personal record for most published music in a year, I've also started to legitimately understand how to make something sound decent. I've been having fun learning how to mix and master my pieces, and use the abilities I have gotten from sheet music writing and classical music composition for non-orchestral music (if that makes sense?) I also somehow managed to get something front-paged for the first time, which was very shocking since it was a song I made in one afternoon because I was bored.

I'm unsure exactly what I will be doing next year, but I am confident that I will be continuing to make music as I transition from high school life to college life (which will be hopefully easy-ish to start, as I legit killed myself with college classes, meaning I will have enough transferable ap and post ap class credit to maybe enter college basically as a sophomore, depending on where I go), since it's an outlet I can use to just have fun and experiment. I may also start doing what Holland Albright does too and post some of my compositions, I have a few that I could maybe publish eventually (using decent instrument sounds though, the ones I use in Sibelius are really bad).

I can't obviously predict how I will actually feel and what I make during the year exactly obviously, but I am guessing -- and hope -- that I will have a better year on here than even last year! Hope y'all continue to listen to the crap that I keep making.

Found a way to submit it to the competition that was mentioned in the desc. Deleted off here so I can both use it there and cause it'll most likely be tied to my name which I don't really want to expose lol. Won't be reuploading it back, but post contest may upload to my yt
