Cant Launch The Belkan War

I have tried going into the folder and launching the ACZ.exe directly but all it does is start AC8 instead. When I change the properties using the Steam options to launch ACZ it sill just launches AC8. If I tell it to ask which game to launch it doesnt ask, and again just launches AC8. No matter what I do it just keeps launching AC8 even though it shows the files for ACZ as being installed. Any advice or anyone else encounter this?

Right click on the game, go into options -> general, scroll down and make sure the launch option says "ask first" because you may have hit "choose this option every time" on your first launch
