even when i tried the temporary patch technique its still crashing a ♥♥♥♥ ton now it just REFUSES mission 28

What's the temporary patch technique? A few things that helped (but didn't fully resolve it for me) are
-roll back GPU drivers
-increase size of page file

The solution for me was increasing shader cache size in your GPU driver control panel. After that, it crashed one more time at the exact same point, then after rebooting the game I never had an issue since. Plus, the game only takes 10 seconds to start now as well, where it used to take more than 3 minutes before.

Do you have an AMD card? Where is that option in the settings?
