Have you tried bypasing EAC entirely to see if it will launch without it?

Put this into the launch properties of the game when you right click it in your library and go to the properties window

cmd /d /c "set EOS_USE_ANTICHEATCLIENTNULL=1&& %command%"

did it, not helping
Are you overclocking?

Does a folder exist in your AppData > Local folder named BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment?

If so, if you go to its propertties and check its security, does your windows profile have full control of it?

Have you run DDU to fully uninstall your drivers before rolling back to older ones?

Lastly, try checking Windows Event Viewer. Go into its logs > Application and look for an error a the time you launched it. What faulting module name is there?
Clean install of windows something is clearly corrupted in your system.
I was having crashing issues earlier and they seemed to go away after I increased my virtual memory to 20GB. I wouldn't have thought I needed to because I have 32GB RAM and 16GB VRAM but for some reason it did help. You didn't mention checking yours so let me ask, what is yours set to?

use 720p just to launch the game
Do you have a normal windows install? I was having the same issue and tried all the same stuff and never got it to work. I used Revi playbook over my windows install and I'm kind of wondering if that might have something to do with it. Don't have issues like this with any other game though.
