Can only get controller to work as second player

Hello good friend
I am using a windows number 10 computer
When i play tetris ultimate, it makes keyboard first player and i can only navigate menus with keyboard
If i press button on controller, it activates as guest or player two and it cannot control or navigate the menus.
I cannot change the controller in the extras menu in the options because it doesn't work when i try.

Guess what I fixed it because when you're as smart as me you have a high iq. So instead of trying to change the controller with enter or sideways arrow I had to use my mouse to change the setting now I'm cruising the web at hyper drive speeds USA!!!!

yo so like was going on when i try two player with two controllers now it makes controller player 1 and 2 and makes keyboard player 2 thats stoopid like what is wrong with dis game esse

Sounds like a case for the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising. I will fill out a complaint on their site and go from there. Thanks for letting me know.
