Hello NewDani_, have you tried skating to the physical shop location itself in-game to see if it may work? Another workaround would be:
Press Windows + R on your keyboard > Type: %localappdata% > Press Enter > Find the skate folder %localappdata%\skate\ > Delete or rename the folder. (Rename the folder if you have saved replays or screenshots)

having this same issue. clearing local app data did not work.

Same thing here. It's ridiculous. I have currency but the crate is locked supposedly behind lvl 1, which I somehow don't deserve I guess after 10 hrs of playing.
There's no map marker for physical shop on map so it's hilarious and sad to see such comment from a dev, what a joke.

I started having the same issue today. I found this game a few days ago on the PS5 and then saw it was on PC.
Deleting the folder didn't work,
Verifying files didn't work
Uninstalling > restarting pc > reinstalling didn't work either.
While on PC, the 3 shops are showing me at Level 0.

The only way I can get around the bug is by logging back onto the PS5 version. The three shops show my correct level, and lets me level up like I'm supposed to (apparently I had a level waiting while I was bugged). Since it sees my various levels while playing on the PS5, I can buy the Product Boxes.

After logging out of the PS5, if I get back on the PC (played on PS5 while PC reinstalled), my PC is still bugged and my Levels at the three shops is back to zero. I can no longer buy the boxes while on PC. Edit: I even installed the game using the EA Launcher/Account and that version is also showing Level 0 for all shops.

To clarify, we’re ACMs, rather than devs, and what we can do is make sure the feedback around the crate requirements, currency, and lack of a clear shop marker is captured and shared with the team. having this issue right now, how has it been weeks and this still isnt fixed? i dont want to play this game if i cant make any progress
